Holiday Inn Express ROSEBURG, an IHG Hotel

The property was nice and convenient. No major issues. The elevator could use some maintenance but overall it was fine. Breakfast was well-prepped and readily available.

llost my Stanley water bottle in the front office and called them immediately! The person Asked for my address and credit card details say they will send it to me by overnight using usps. 13days past my husband call them several times they always say l donnot know we have package department will deal with it!I don’t know why it’s so difficult to mail a waterbottle!!!

Room was a little smelly. Otherwise was great.

I travel with my dog so I get rooms that have been occupied by other pet owners. The first room I got smelled of urine so I contacted the front desk immediately. Mike who was at the front desk moved me the next room and it was clean! I appreciate the quick response to my concerns. I like a lot that my room had a back door that had access to a yard where my dog could do his business. The property was easily accessible and has ample, safe parking. Breakfast was good and had water available to customers. I’d stay here again and would recommend to others who travel with pets (few is $15 per pet).

We are repeat customers. The hotel is a bit aged, but clean and comfortable. It’s very pet friendly and well-located to the freeway. The staff is always friendly. We will stay, again, on future trips.

Ok, but no better than Comfort Inn down the street, which was $55 less. I have stayed at Comfort Inn in Roseburg twice, thought I would try an upgraded hotel. Unfortunately, it is about the same level, but with more ample parking.

This hotel is perfect for traveling with a pet! Very accommodating and welcoming. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The added pet fee is nominal. Expedia will reject my review if I state the cost. They also do not tell you to expect the added fee for a pet when making a reservation. Go directly to the hotel website to find out, before you book. The hotel is a bit aged, as far as decor goes. It is comfortable, though, and our room had a lovely view of the river. We slept quite well. The coffee is pretty awful, but there is a Dutch Bros next to the property entrance. We would stay here, again.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and cleans loved that we had a bathtub. Walls were in, we could hear our neighbors late into the night. Overall convenient for our stay, would stay again.

Have stayed at this hotel several times & will return. Recommend it!

If you need accommodations in Roseburg, this is the best place to stay! I've never looked forward to hotel breakfast until I stayed here. Try out the pancake machine; it is amazing!

Friendly staff. I am traveling with a pet and asked to moved to ground floor so i did not have to use the elevator with my pet. They were very accommodating and changed my room. Room was very clean.

The room was very good breakfast was excellent. But the property overall needs remodeling.

It was perfect for us...it did what we needed it to do and the facilities were perfect for someone traveling with a service dog. Thank you!

The view was amazing of the river off the balcony from our room. The hotel is very dated. That surprised me for a Holiday Inn Express.

The view from the back of the property is beautiful. The beds and pillows are also great. The property and the rooms are somewhat old andc ould use a makeover.
