All staff interaction was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet. It offers free breakfast. I would come back here again!

The pool was smaller and a dingier then the pics, rooms were a good size and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, just off the I 5, downtown was 10 mins away. Security was good, The buildings are all locked, you need your key card to get into them. And breakfast was good, they had different hot selection everyday

The room was very attractive, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend GreenTree to other travelers.

Front desk staff not polite, did not receive room service for 3 days. There were bugs in the bathroom Breakfast is good if you get there an hour before close

The hotel was basic. Nothing special. Good location. The toilet got plugged at 530am so I went to the desk and asked for a plunger. They couldn’t find a plunger and told me I had to wait until the cleaning crew came in. They took care of it but then the toilet got plugged again the next morning. I used the public toilet near the lobby because I knew it had adequate flushing power. Continental breakfast was good. Overall, I would recommend it.

Easy to get to local areas!

We had flying termites in our room. They were coming out of the bathroom fan/light. We had experience with termites because our house had to be tented recently. We alerted the staff and they gave us another room. We also had severely stained sheets in the same room.

Excellent location for proximity to Sea World & Mission Bay. Great price for product. Elevators were Out Of Order..so a few stairs were required to be climbed for 2nd & 3rd fl rooms. Staff did offer first floor rooms. Relatively quite. Clean. Amenities; fridge, microwave, blow dryer, extra seating...Recommend

Property looked good on outside but inside not so much. Doors/mattresses creaked, and every sound could be heard thru room door. Elevator was not in service, Juice machine was out of order. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. No waffle machine/muffins/oatmeal/fruit. Basically toast, sausage and eggs. One morning they must've been out bread and served warmed hotdog buns instead. Good thing there is a 7/11 across the street.

Check-in and parking were very good. Breakfast was adequate at no extra cost. The cleaning room attendant was very nice and very helpful when we asked for more towels. The elevator was out of service. So if you need an elevator, call to make sure it is available. Our room was small but we got by okay.

Property was average and affordable

Everything was great! I liked the vicinity of a bus stop - easy connection with any part of San Diego.

After reading the negative reviews, I was apprehensive. But the price and location were so good, I went for it! And I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean. I found one ant in the bathroom, once. Not the biggest room but adequate. Good TV. Staff was good. When i needed towels and the trash emptied, I found housekeeping and they did it immediately. Plenty of parking. The BIG plus was the included breakfast. Saved a bundle. Eggs, sausage, cereals, juices, fruit, toast and lots of coffee. Different everyday. What it lacked in quality, it made up in quantity. Dining area was very nice. The motel is a basic motel. A little dated but that's fine. I would stay here again!

The elevator was in operable during our length of stay for 5 days. The breakfast was not refilled during typical breakfast time.

Room was relatively clean and comfortable, but the one elevator on the property was out of order, as was the ice machine on our floor. Staff didn't seem to really care, with no offer to help us get luggage to the third floor.

The elevator was out of service, and only one stairway at the end allowed us access to our 3rd floor room. Many items were missing from breakfast. There was no juice at all, no bread choices, seldom fruit, no hot oatmeal (which they previously had.) The hot water is warm but not hot.
