We travel a lot and the staff here were amazing! It was our first time traveling here and staff was so nice and helped us so much!! The room was nice and it was located close to walking or a short drive to so much.

The staff was very personable and extremely helpful with their tips and excellent service. There were 4 individuals who absolutely made the experience for me and my kids: Isaac, Javad, Mitch and Ashton. Thank you and we will be back!

I was in KC for the Garmin Marathon and knew I wouldn't be back in time to check out; however, my mother was with me and was planning to get back to the room before check out. Unfortunately, we didn't expect traffic and the front office of the hotel, after calling me about check out, worked with my mom. They allowed her to get there past the 11 am check out to gather her bags. It was a very stress free time and, again, I appreciate, how they were very flexible and willing to help us during the check out process.

The stay was nice. We got put in the room on the main floor right by the front door/patio area so the lobby music was loud and there was a ton of foot traffic. Other than that, everything else was great!

The room i booked was not the room we were given. The booking was for a suite of rooms, a living room with a sofa bed and two queens behind two separate doors.
There was no pool, despite the website advertisong one! Overall a terrible time, I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

Close enough to walk to t mobile center for concerts. Safe walk. But the WiFi didn’t work at the hotel and there was only one EV charger and it didn’t work either. We didn’t eat there but food looked good. All staff (front desk and bar) were super nice.

Hotel was clean. Not in a very active area. Needed to drive to restaurants and stores.
Had an EV for my trip and although the hotel had a charger, it didn't work and they made no effort to see why or call the charger service company to get it fixed. Luckily for me there was a charger about 2 blocks away that was working.
Finally, I asked for a late check out when I checked in. I was given until 1pm (I am an IHG member). At 1109am I received a rather abrupt phone call telling me I was susposed to be checked out by 11am. No record of my late check out and no interest in accommodating me. That was disappointing for sure.
Long story short, hotel is ok, but I would choose elsewhere to stay when visiting KC in the future.
