The hotel was pleasantly clean and quiet. The rates were reasonable. The desk guy was very helpful when I locked myself out and just all around pleasant. We will choose this hotel every time we visit Lubbock. We used the restaurant one day and the staff was friendly, service was quick and food was good.

A bigger shower head with a little more water pressure would be nice. We’ve stayed there twice and have had good experiences.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very clean. Everyone working the front desk went above and beyond, we will definitely be back.

The hotel room was good, we got the 2 bedroom suite for over $400 it was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The front desk attendants and the staff in general not very helpful, or really interested in doing more than the bare minimum which is charging your card. The electric blinds didn’t work so that was interesting with the sun shining bright and early. We left an ID and card we called and the staff really didn’t care , wanted to call me back instead of asking housekeeping. They never called me back over a week later. So just be careful we cancelled the card but they have possession of someone’s government issued ID.

Great location and definitely will be back!

The rooms are very spacious and the AC was wonderful! We were there at a peak time with high capacity and check in/out was a breeze.

We stayed here for Texas Tech parents weekend. It was close to our son’s house so was perfect for us. It was close to the mall and lots of restaurants (not walking distance).

Some of the personnel (desk) are very rude with me all time refuse to extend my days in the hotel, he is discriminate with me, he ignor me, he isnt professional. other desk manager help me and bring me the extend days I needed The rude desk manager is a tall white man. I feel very bad

I chose this hotel because I've stayed here before and the bedding was so comfortable. This time did not disappoint!

Just passing through on a trip. It was very late when we stopped for the night. Front desk was very helpful and checked us in quick. Room was clean. Nice experience all around

Hotel is amazing! My only complaint is that there was no where inside to “hangout” with family and play a couple rounds of cards. We ultimately went outside but gave up because the wind was doing what West Texas wind does..

Good place to stay.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious! The beds were very comfortable. There was a large desk area with plenty of room to set our things on and the tv worked great. The bathroom was a nice size, great counter space. Plenty of hot water in the shower and all Dove products with pumps in the bottles! That was a really nice touch. The little bottles and tiny bar of soap most hotels provide is so annoying. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk help was very kind and helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. I did see a couple of issues that need to be addressed for general upkeep. The mirror in our room was damaged on the frame. It didn't impair the function but did make it seem less upkept. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and there was part of the door damages. Both items show that the property needs some upkeep. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice for my daughter!

This is always my first choice! Great staff, clean, great facilities!
