My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Roanoke Airport – Conference CTR was quite pleasant. The hotel's location, just a short drive from the airport, was a major plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. While the hotel's amenities were standard, they were sufficient for a short stay. The on-site restaurant offered decent food options, and the breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Roanoke.

We had a great breakfast with organic and free range options. The room was nice and clean. There are other hotels in the area and there’s not much to walk to but it’s a short ride to downtown area where there are plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Not worth the money hallway noise at 3 am unacceptable ,tv not working after 4 hours of waiting had to change rooms ,hotel maintenance no where in sight, clientele was different,not sure if illegal migrate were saying there ,stay somewhere else

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned. The room was in disarray, suggesting it needed to be properly prepared for occupancy. To make matters worse, when I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was given a key to another already occupied room. This error caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Furthermore, our room service request needed to have been handled more appropriately. Upon returning to our room for the second day, I discovered that only one bed had been made, and the bathroom had not been cleaned or restocked with fresh towels. In addition, all the towels were rolling here and there on the bathroom floor (which we did not do while we left the room). After all these incidents, the front desk lady did not even apologize. I have always chosen the Holiday Inn while traveling because I enjoy staying there. But this experience was worse than I could have imagined. We felt unsafe for the whole time. Before putting someone in the work, the hotel management should train them so that customers do not feel unsafe and unwelcome. This stay was a waste of money and time.

Room was beautiful and comfy. The bartender at the bar was a great mixologist and helped us get something delicious when we were unsure of what we wanted.

Great place, great front desk service. Got to my room and it already had someone in it then get to my next room and it’s a queen bed instead of a king like I reserved. Overall, nice hotel just need to tighten some loose ends

The staff at the front desk were both extreamly rude! They have no complementary continental breakfast. Instead charge 9.95 for what is complementary at almost every other hotel. All the vending machines have been removed and you have to buy a drink for 2.00 or an extremely overpriced snack at the front desk!!

Upon arrival the line was very long and people were upset because the hotel didn’t have any available rooms due to a football team checking out late one person stated they have been waiting since 1:30pm and it was 5:30pm when I arrived. I was able to get my room due to me having a one bed king size room but my experience after that was fine and room was very clean. Overall stay was a 4/5

Beautiful lobby, bar and room! However, I booked two rooms with a king bed and received two queen beds in each room!

The bar/restaurant was sub-par. Poorly mixed drink, no beer taps available at the taproom. Breakfast was minimal.

Upon arrival, I had to call for soap for the sink to wash my hands. The TV was not working properly. It took three people to assist in getting it fixed, which prolonged my time and getting relaxed after a 4 Hour drive. The next day, at 3 PM I called to ask when I would get housekeeping because I needed towels and washcloths. Housekeeping never arrived, I was called back to ask if you would come when I stated no, I was told someone would bring me the towels and washcloths. I waited another hour, finally I went downstairs to get it myself. When I arrive back to the room, the key card didn’t work. It was just an overall bad experience. I don’t think that anyone was concerned. Housekeeping never came so the linen on the bed was not changed nor were any of the trash liners removed. I had to smell my leftover food the entire time I was there.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Awesome. The 2 guys that were cleaning around the area was very friendly. The muffins were especially delicious. All over great experience.

This was perfect for the softball tournament we were in town for. Located close to everything significant. Hotel was clean, updated & the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very friendly!

Friendly staff and very clean room. I will definitely return.
