The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel was a great value not sure how the breakfast works so that was a little confusing. TV was very little in room (not a big deal) toilet was quite low to the ground. Liked the two vanities so you could continue to get ready while others were in bathroom. Would stay here again!

Very, very clean rooms and common areas. Great conference rooms too. The best quality and selection of breakfast Buffett I’ve had. The rooms are very large, very clean and had housekeeping each day which is unheard of these days! The only negative thing I could say is the A/C didn’t work very well in the room and the common areas were warm. Nothing that was unbearable though. The staff were all so very nice and welcoming.

We arrived right at 3pm. Check in took only a few minutes and we received our breakfast vouchers. When we got to our room, it was pretty warm so we turned the temperature down and left for our event. Upon returning a few hours later, the room did not get any cooler. We had to get maintenance to come turn the heat off as the air coming out was 100° plus with the thermostat set to 60°. After that, everything was fine. The breakfast was not that great. You only get free cereal, oatmeal, and bread. All hot food is $5.02 additional charge for anyone over 12 years old. This is the first IHG hotel that I’ve been to that did breakfast this way. There was plenty of parking and it was far enough away from the interstate that we didn’t have any traffic noise in our room. The swimming pool is open from 0500-2400 which is great. The pool water was too cool for me but the hot tub was perfect. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Our experience was wonderful to the person from check-in to check-out. It was a cold night and soon after checking in, we realized the heater was not working. We called the front desk. A technician was in our room in about 10 minutes and repaired our heater in less than five minutes. The breakfast buffet was great and the hostesses were very hospitable. The value we received for our two nights for the two rooms we rented far exceeded the price we paid. Great experience! Keep it up!

Always a great stay at Holiday Inn Springdale. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Food is good at the breakfast buffet a the restaurant. But, the hotel is quite dated and screaming for updates, which I know is a big undertaking and may require a period of close to do so. But with rippled carpeting throughout(trip hazard) worn, dull, room & amenity furnishings, it’s time!
