The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. The hotel was immediately surrounded on all sides by a highway and main road, which would be convenient for people who desire easy access to the highway. However, because of this, there are no stores nor restaurants that one may walk to, and it may be noisy for some people while sleeping at night if your room is facing the highway.

Such an amazing stay. Husband and I were shocked at how nice the rooms were! Everything is modern, so clean, comfortable, and room was quiet. The TV is a smart TV which is impossible to find in hotels around here. The breakfast in the morning is great. Toiletries are high quality. And Emma, the manager, goes above and beyond and is very kind!!

Newly built, clean and spacious. Friendly and efficient staff. Coffee all day that didn't make you wince. Sofa bed that really did sleep two additional people.

The property was nice, I could smell a lot of marijuana when I first went in, as well as on my floor and in my room. Despite this, the room was clean and nice.

Great affordable place compared to other places

This property is close to all Rutgers Newbrunswick campuses. It's clean and the breakfast had variety though the taste was not extravagant it was much more than continental. Rooms were quiet though its right net to the Turnpike Toll and route 18.

The room was great- very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was clean. Only issue was I called the day before to see if I could check in early: they said it shouldn’t be a problem, call at 10 am in the morning to be sure. 10 am I called. The gentleman at front desk said that he was sending cleaning staff in then, and he would call me soon as it’s ready. I waited and waited, no call. At 1:30 pm, still no call so I went to the front desk to see if we could check in. The man at the front desk said he was sorry I didn’t get a call, but he cleaning staff was heading into our room right then, and it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. I was frustrated, but went to lunch. I came back at 3:30, and the room still wasn’t ready. I spoke with a 3rd man, and he apologized but said it hadn’t been “checked yet” and I would have to wait. By this time, we were late meeting our friends and way behind schedule. I waited another 1/2 hour and was extremely agitated . A woman came out from the back and apologized and said there was a mix up but the room was in fact ready. My husband and I went to the room and there was a worker in there. He said he was “fixing the toilet paper roll” and would be done in a minute. By the time I met up with my friends, we were 2 hours late. So I’m torn, hotel room itself (I reserved the largest, most expensive room abvailable) was great.. service was severely lacking from the start.

We was surprised of how wide the room was when we walked in. We were fortunate to stay in a wheelchair accessible room. I liked that the stores were very within 3 to 5 miles distance. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for me and my family of 6. The only thing that I would like to recommend is getting the carpet cleaned or deodorized because it was pretty musty.. Other than that. We really loved our stay and would stay here again.

Well kept room, nice furnishings and clean. Kitchenette is a nice touch. Staff was friendly and it was great the hotel is pet friendly.

I loved the breakfast in the morning and the staff was top notch!

Room was good but the location isn’t updated on GPS or maps or google maps. I kept roaming there for 1 hr and everytime the GOs lead me to Exxon fast station. I called the hotel and they guide me how to reach. It’s a terrible experience
