My reservation was canceled by the hotel hours before I was to check in. The guest in my room wanted to extend their stay and as there were a elite member they were allowed to do so at my expense. Still waiting in my refund.

The stay was ok however you can clearly hear the car noise since the highway is right next to the hotel . The rooms could also be cleaned better seems like they don’t put a lot of attention to cleanliness. As you come to check in the front desk acts like he is doing you a favor . My opinion it’s not how you greet people . We stay in other hotels like Bridgewater and the staff is 100 times nicer . This place isn’t bad but definitely needs improvement.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. The hotel was immediately surrounded on all sides by a highway and main road, which would be convenient for people who desire easy access to the highway. However, because of this, there are no stores nor restaurants that one may walk to, and it may be noisy for some people while sleeping at night if your room is facing the highway.
