It had bed bugs, roaches, everything was dirty, bathroom without paint, toilet with black ring, beds supper uncomfortable that you could feel the springs with your hands, some guest actually lives there for months, and even changes room when it’s cheaper and heard they clean it themselves after they transfer room. Hotels.com called them and told them not to charge me and they still did even though I didn’t sleep there and rented another Hotel for that weekend

First room heater didnt work and mirror was cracked and leaking faucet 2nd room toilet was backed up amd remote to tv broken comforter had holes in it the 3rd room No comforter or pillows Front desk.agent was nice and helpful moved us got us a comforter and pillowes. Maintenance amd house keeping doesn’t do their job. Front desk agent was very nice and understanding. Yeah it was 63 honestly i wouldn't have paid that if id known. Maybe 25 dollars id pay. Management needs to step up. Hotel is only good for people on drugs and people looking for Furburgers.

There were roaches in the room. In the bathroom, there was a hole in the wall in the corner where the roaches were coming out of. There were no garbage cans in the room.

The experience was horrible...first off the first room I checked into 352 was not clean bed looked slept in floors dirty and a fast food sack on the table. Second room I checked into 367 the bed look slept on, floors dirty no towels in room and a empty liquor bottle on counter and one pillow...I noticed on Wednesday they took my $100 deposit and I want a reimbursement

We found out when we got there that theres an 100 dollar deposit for the room, which cost more than the actual room itself. It smelled like smoke and had cigarette burn stains on every surface. There were holes in the walls, and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to wait for over 4 hours to get towels since there weren't any in the room.

We would like to definitely cancel our stay. We checked in and they gave us room 104 which the door very bent and very damaged, there where no linens, blankets, air condition was not getting cold, it smelled like smoke which should have been smoke free. The outside smelled like urine. We felt very unsafe. We got moved to room 269, the door looked damage again, blanket was stained with something. Room smelled musky and mildew (very unhealthy). Felt again very unsafe for ourselves and we didn't know if our vehicle would be broken into. There were cars watching us for a while before they left. We would be asking for a full refund. We immediately booked another hotel due to this. Feeling unsafe wasn't the way we wanted to be.

We had our Prius breaked down half way to the hotel. The tow truck came after1 and a half and took us to prius dealership at 11 pm and at 11:20 we were left at by the courteous driver at Red Roof. Everything was locked; nobody to answer or open the door. We were with all our luggages, tired and frustrated in the middke of the night. Very unhappy and appalled by the situation. We request a refund.

Our stay was good to begin with but ended bad.I checked in with my son and his support cat.Everything went fine at check-in, informed them of the pet, advised I had paperwork for him as a support animal and paid the fees. Due to repair work on our home I had to extend our stay several times. The lady that helped us at check in and helped us the first two extensions was very nice and convinced me to extend directly through them when needed instead of on hotels.com and I would still get the discounted rate. She provided that discounted rate those first two extensions. The third time the manager was on duty, and not give me the discounted rate and advised we could not have my sons support animal stay because they do not allow any pets other than dogs. I said I understood and had the cat stay with family elsewhere. The 4th extension the manager again did not give me the discounted rate so we ended up moving to a new Hotel chain. I was told I would get the deposit that was charged on my card at time of check-in Within three to five business days. I gave it 10 business days and still did not get my deposit back. To this day I still have not received the deposit.
