It was fine. A little dingy but was only for a night. Definitely looked nicer in photos.

Favorite place to spend my nights

Everything was ok. But the noise of the train all night is something you need to consider if your a light sleeper.

Nice room! K cup coffee! Mini refrigerator and small microwave. They do not clean room for stay overs, I love the privacy.

Great Value, But Set Your Expectations Accordingly We booked a room with three beds (one king, two queens) at a very reasonable rate compared to other options in the Flagstaff area. This is a motel, not a hotel, so adjust your expectations accordingly. The rooms were recently updated, which was a nice touch, but it does feel like they missed a few basic details. There wasn’t a good place to hang towels after showering, and there were too few hangers for our clothes. Despite these small issues, the beds were comfortable, and it served us well for our one-night stay. Location is another plus—it’s close to downtown and other areas easily accessible from Flagstaff, and even though it’s off a major road, we didn’t hear any road noise, making for a quiet stay. One area for improvement: the sheets and pillowcases had some stains, so the housekeeping staff needs to pay closer attention to linen cleanliness. Overall, this is a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay if you’re just passing through.

It’s a very nice property- clean and in good condition. The suites with sitting areas and jacuzzi tub was really nice at a nice price. Good location close to the downtown area. Only complaint would be inconsistent and weak wifi. TV didn’t always work because of it.

The front desk was very helpful during our stay. The room was in great condition, featuring a king size bed, flat screen tv, coffee maker (pods), and the best part: a rainfall shower with modern aesthetics. For the price you pay, this is an incredible option. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is not clean dirty towels cabinets about to fall down

The shower came on in the middle of the night and soaked the floor by the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable.

So far, our stay has been incredible! We got an amazing view in our room! We Absolutely LOVE IT! The front staff were super sweet and friendly, Maria and Dulce were the best by far! This is a great property for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, but motel needs serious renovations

Naming almost all the rooms “presidential suites” is very misleading. While the room was reasonable it is not what was expected. Had I known it was a motel I would not have booked it. I thought I was booking at a hotel not a motel.

The room was clean but poorly equipped. Bathroom had no towel racks, no wastebasket or even a TP holder! Looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Bathroom fans are so loud that the floor vibrated when turned on in the unit below.

Room was clean but small. Bathroom was very small with no counters or towel racks. Had a small place to hang jackets except there were no hangers. Very little counter space.

The railroad noise was a bit noisy.

Was disappointed, everything look good on website. But it was not like that. Found 1 bed bug and 2 dead bed bugs in room. I reported to dront desk. They claim its not bed bugs. I said know what a bed bugs looks like. All they said will look into it.

It has a nice bag refrigerator in the room and a microwave USB port for charging was not disappointed for 85 bucks a night

Staff was nice and friendly. The towels had mold on it them & sone hair There were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor. When checked into our room the cover for the vent was off and outsidexpur room for cleaning i assume, maintenance hadnt gotten to our room to do that yet, or vacuum. The shower had dirty footprints on the floor. The remote didnt work for one of the tvs. The door wouldnt close unless i applied a good amount of force to it. There were bugs and critters on our room but that's probably because it's a heavily wooded area. The blankets were scratchy and the pillows has a funky smell.
