This is a beautiful property, great staff and customer service. Felt completely safe inside facility and while outside to catch an Uber. While there are some great breakfast spots very close by, the square on which the property sits does not always feel like a safe place to walk through for a solo individual. Small group - generally safe especially during the day.

Only stayed here one night but wished I didn’t have to move on: the historic building was beautiful and the room/common areas were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was presented nicely and you could enjoy it while sitting in a variety of comfortable spots in the lobby

Fun, trendy, remodeled hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. Very walkable with lots of nearby restaurant options. Street parking was easy, with lots of availability. Rooms were small but clean and modern. Free breakfast was great. Excellent communication, they accommodated our 12:30am arrival time from San Farancisco. We’d definitely come back again!

When I arrived it was confusing where to check in. The lobby had a valet desk, but it wasn't clear where to check in. It turned out check in was at the bar (?). I wandered around a while before someone asked if they could help. It was also confusing where to park. It would be helpful if this was clearly laid out on the website so that I would know where to go (or not).

Beautiful hotel! Staff was so helpful. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Loved the ambience and neighborhood. Wish I could have stayed longer to tour more places. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Beautiful building from 1906 that opened as a hotel four years ago. The rooms are beautifully appointed, high quality furnishings, huge walk in shower and an amaxingly comfortable bed. Brilliantly located on the town's central square and friendly staff.....faultless. 10/10

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel used it for our base while wine tasting in the area. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful especially Ruth just went that extra mile when we arrived

Nice lounge, good value, Continental breakfast, in room coffee, good shower and water pressure, comfy bed. Personally not a fan of down pillows, and the only thing that I can find an issue with (pet peeve and this really goes for all hotels) is that there are toilet seats on the market designed for industrial use that don’t slide around . I would stay here again.
