We had a great time, our room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good lighting, comfortable bed and pillows, and within walking distance to a lot of great spots for some food. The staff were helpful and prompt with anything we needed, and the valet were quick and efficient with anything we needed.

One of my favorites in Portland, great location for Moda Center and quick Lyft ride to Downtown. Comfortable and chic rooms. Rooftop restaurant is also amazing.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

I’m a bit on the shorter side and found the beds quite high to get into, they were comfortable to sleep on so that made up for it. If you’re shorter than 5’3” you might want to ask about options. The hotel is an easy walk to The Moda Centre and the Tri Met stop. Although there is a coffee shop on site we didn’t get to try it due to its limited hours. There is a large homeless population in the area but we were never approached or felt threatened.

Updated hotel that was originally built in the 60s, but the age still shows through. Staff were polite, but perfunctory. The WiFi didn't work the entire time I was there, and my room was on the 5th floor, directly below the rooftop restaurant, and so I constantly heard noise from the kitchen, including at hours when I would normally be sleeping.
They seem determined not to make up your room - you have to press a button before midnight the day before if you want your room made up. I know this is the norm these days, but this isn't really good service.
The hotel is in a convenient position, less than 2 minute's walk from a well-served MAX light rail stop, which makes it super easy to get to both downtown Portland and the airport. It's even possible (and quite pleasant) to walk from the hotel across the river to downtown Portland.

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel at the very last minute. They claimed there was a problem with my credit card and they could not contact me (I stayed there before). As a result I was left scrabling trying to find a hotels after 10pm.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were all super helpful but the elevators only fit 4 people max and the wifi starting having connection issues the second day there (out of four). The wifi did not connect to any devices in our room for over half the trip and sadly the staff had no help for it. The roof top restaurant was incredible though and very affordably priced.

Very pleasant stay. Front desk and parking staff were polite, friendly, helpful. Made me feel welcome.
Restaurant was great and the staff were amazing there as well.
Room was clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated.
I will stay here every time I go to Portland from now on.

I was there for two nights and it was delightful. The front desk staff was amazing, courteous, and very helpful. The condition of the hotel and restaurant were beautiful. The food was amazing. The only thing that was unusual was a constant sound outside my window. I’m thinking it was the Metro train.

I was giving a discount on parking for the 2 night i stayed. When i checked out. They charged me full price for parking. I brought it up to the attendant who checked me out. She said she say that discount when i checked in and forgot about it. She was going to get with management to refund me thr difference. I never received it

My only complaint is how loud the street noise is at night but that’s hard to get rid of I’m sure. Otherwise, best hotel ever!
