What we liked about our stay was that the staff were very friendly which makes it very welcoming.

Great stay!

The rooms were not made any of the days we stayed. We had to request it at reception and despite our request the rooms were not made or the towels renewed. The ladies serving breakfast were really nice and the food was good. Door of the server room (next to the gym) was left open which represented a safety hazard

Caveat: I might have been given the last room available and thus I do no know if it is representative of the other rooms. Others in the hotel seemed happy. Good: FREE PARKING, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness Bad: I was in a wheelchair accessible room. There literally was no hangar high enough to hang a dress. There was no closet. There was no coffee/tea maker and the refrigerator did not work. There were only two lights in the room and we could not open the curtains as it was on the first floor and looked out onto the street. It was VERY dark. DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 120!

Great hotel with a nice clean room and a comfortable bed. Staff replenished towels and remade the bed often and were incredibly courteous and helpful. The shape of the room was very cozy. It felt like a bedroom instead of a long skinny hallway with beds. The dining staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Delicious food and drinks. I was traveling alone so I liked the double lock on the door for my own peace of mind. Only 2 complaints: The lighting was in decorative lantern style lamps that didn’t let the light shine up and made the room darker than I wanted after sunset. It was hard to find a parking spot Friday through Sunday nights. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, seems like an old hotel that was remodeled. the staff was nice, for some reason the breakfast staff kept forgetting what i ordered. The area around the hotel felt unsafe but the hotel itself is fine.

Overall, we were very comfortable. The bed was great and the room felt comfortably clean. I did not like that I was initially given a room with 2 double/queen beds when I had prepaid for a king and was then told their king rooms were all booked. When I asked for a refund though, a king room magically appeared. I believe it was a more expensive room that had a pull out couch. I also did not like being on the ground floor with the parking spaces right outside our window. The staff were divided: some were friendly and some were not. They were all helpful though. As I said though, overall, we were quite satisfied. Don’t know what I would have done without their complementary coffee in the mornings. That was a huge plus.
