Quite affordable for location. Great staff. Big, comfortable room w an especially good armchair. Nice desk set up. The bathroom was superclean and bright. Very convenient for the airport. I used UberEats to order food. Very easy to meet in the lobby. The parking closest to my room was isolated so I parked up.front where the lighting wasnbright and there was a lot of traffic. Worked great.I will go back.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk told me that the elevator was out of service on the side my room was on. She also mentioned that I would need to take another elevator on the opposite of the hotel then walk over the bridge and walk up stairs to my room.
She told me that they had suites available but I would have to pay. Which I thought was unacceptable she then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t tell me that I have to pay but I free to get a room somewhere else. I told the clerk that I was a disabled vet and could not walk up the stairs. She said there was nothing she could do.
I proceeded to take a seat to contact customer service. She saw that I was not engaging with her and then I overheard her telling another employee to check to see if a room was available. I then heard the clerk tell her that she been told her that it was ready. That was the room I ended up staying in.

I’ll start out with positives, affordable, beds were comfortable and nice TV in room. The cons were, bathroom had mold, elevator was scary slow, staff was not friendly.

Very dirty. the lock on the door was broken. Shower was very gross not safely usable. Staff was pleasant. The shuttle doesn’t operate until 5 am so that’s something I wish I had known I would have spent the 30 extra dollars to stay in a decent hotel. For what you get this should be $16.
