The renovations which were ongoing last year are complete and the result is awesome. Clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. PM desk manager is great. He is professional and informative.

This La Quinta exceeded my expectations, stayed here due to bringin my dog and was pleasantly surprised by updated large room, hardwood floors, comfy bed with very clean white bedding, convenient location, quiet surroundings, nice courtyard all at a great price! Will stay again!

I’ve got to say I’ve stayed at this location a few times and they must have done some upgrading because the room was nice and aesthetically pleasing than last time. Comfortable and clean. The fire alarm did go off in the middle of the night which scared me haha Other than that I had a very nice stay and would stay again as well as recommend this hotel. Hotel shuttle is always awesome too.

The shared van service is terrable. Long periods no staff around - people checking in / out noone to assist. Incorrect billing then they lie about communication to you and nerver following up hoping that you just go away.

When I arrived there were 6 customers waiting to check in, some had waited for 3 hours. No one at the front desk. I called the La Quinta corporate 800 number, other local LaQuinta hotels nearby, and nobody could help. I finally contacted Expedia (I had booked through them.) after 30 minutes or so I was transferred to a ‘relocate’ help line; I have been on the call for over an hour and they have almost completed the transfer. La Quinta help was simply terrible.

Place was nice. Close to a lot of places we went so we appreciated that. The only crazy thing that happened was the fire alarm going off at like midnight, it was not fun trying to get my kids back to sleep afterwards but eh it happens. Overall pretty good place to stay at, I would have loved to have coffee available, I went to the lobby a couple times and the pots were always empty.

I have a cancelled flight to London and this place was a lifesaver. Free airport shuttle was great, and the staff were SO LOVELY. Okay it’s not the fanciest but it was perfect for my time of need, and good value. Breakfast is basic but gets the job done.

The only major complaint was the TV in our room. Clicking the ‘guide’ button showed a list of available shows, but selecting Monday Night Football would switch to something else (?). even worse, we tried to watch a news program this morning…the guide listed many news programs (CBS, NBC, CNN, others) but each one opened up FOX news. Do you have a virus in your TV system?

The staff was got the job done, but overall unfriendly. I had to call about a question for the shuttle and it took 16 calls bc I was disconnected repeatedly . Our room was shabby, the hallways are very dark, the pool area had the same used trowels and trash on the floor there for 2 days in a row. The workout room had some pieces of equipment on the floor in the corner. And the breakfast was…barely edible. Don’t touch the omelettes. Just don’t do it.
