Paid $850 for 4 nights. Only cleaned the room.one time. Had to get towels. Breakfast made both of us sick. Trash can by elevator was not emptied for 3 days. Place is in desperate need of repair. Only one elevator a d that one os having issues too. Not very nice for the price.

The third floor smells of mold as soon as you get off the elevator; the lady at the front desk said it because of pets she never even looked into she just asked if I wanted to change rooms ; some floors smell of marijuana even though this is a smoke free hotel!!
One room had roaches one room had mice I asked to be compensated for the mice being in my room the manager offered a 10percent refund

Staff very rude it seems to be a family that works all three shifts very dismissive and visible racist!
The maintenance guy and his family lives there he’s rude and nasty doesn’t want to do any repairs told them that mice was in the room she switched me out and they never repair the holes or looked into it just rebooked the room out
The maintenance man likes to take pictures of everything including your personal belongings he’s doing repairs and his wife is always tagging along giving no assistance these people here are very racist if you have melanin in your skin tone
Don’t waste your money here convenient location wise but roaches and mice are thru out this property and staff is not customer service friendly because of the family running all three shifts

The front desk staff is racist and very dismissive ALL 3 of them! They have mice running around in the rooms in the rooms holes in walls thru out the rooms trash build up in the hall only one elevator works; faucets are leaking and they only have one maintenance man for the whole property he has an attitude because he’s the only maintenance guy not to mention he lives there too his wife prepares the breakfast it just a mess they don’t care about the customer ; and every solution is switching rooms but then that room also has issues

The room was infested with ROACHES. When we complained the desk clerk asked were we on the 4th Floor and then said another person had complained of the same. There was no manager on duty and we were told to call back the next day to speak to the manager. Which I will to get a FULL REFUND!

The property itself was average. The front desk staff was nice. Overall appearance, the outside garbage was overflowing as well as the garbage next to the elevator. They only had one elevator working and that was risky. The room had roaches and a big stain on one of the chairs. The breakfast was awful ( eggs and sausage). This place really needs a lot of work. I really wish I read the reviews before booking because this would not have been a choice for me and my family.
