I could not ask for anything more. The people were friendly, the room was first rate, and the location was in the middle of everything I was involved in. The only negative was the television - there was no guide and selecting channels was iffy.

This was a great location with plenty of accessible dining/ shopping/ events near by. Clean and the easiest check in and out I’ve ever experienced. Manuel answered the phone and was kind and curious and Martha checked me out super fast and efficiently.
Would recommend this location based on service alone, and will stay again.

The room and facility was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that the room had a desk and chair so I was able to work in my room. I know the hotel is a bit on the older side but was adequate for my needs. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The door to the room and the furniture definitely needs to be updated. Breakfast are was clean and well maintained during breakfast. I thought the breakfast selection was very good. Overall the price of the room including breakfast was a good deal.

Arrived at 2:30 AM after my long day was done. I was exhausted. Man at counter wasn’t friendly at all. He questioned why I was late (that’s none of his business. I managed to find what appeared as the last parking spot. The furniture was old and looked terrible. I’ve stayed in much nicer locations in the past. I would not recommend this location.

Room desperately needs updating.
With my double hip replacements and my wife's bad back, the toilet height was the lowest we have ever seen in a hotel and basically unusea le for us.

Smell was terrible. Bathroom was nasty behind the toilet and around the walls behind the toilet. Was just dirty.

Property needs a facelift. There was only a desk chair in our room. Usually there is at least an additional chair to sit on. I asked at the desk and was told to take one from the lobby. The alarm clock didn’t work, and the room phone was also dead.

While the property is in need of a facelift due to age, our stay was excellent. The young man at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great & the mini fridge was convenient. We would stay again!

The hotel was very clean. Had great staff and a good basic breakfast. However the room I stayed in smelled kind of bad. It had a musty smell, almost like something had been spilled on the carpet and had not been cleaned up. It definitely did not match the clean smell of the rest of the hotel. Otherwise it was great. Very quiet.
