Check in staff was friendly and efficient. We were traveling with two smaller dogs so at my request he moved us from the third floor to the first for ease of taking the dogs outside as needed.
Breakfast staff person was efficient and friendly.
The beds left something to be desired. Every movement by spouse was felt and it was extremely soft.

It was so peaceful and the rooms were so nice. Perfect place to stay!! Actually I didn't want to leave.

You guys really need to give that place TLC. Everything needs to be replaced. The beds are sunken, the furniture is run down, the fixtures need to be replaced. The towels are small, no coffee cups, no Kleenex box, so many things were sad. Also the breakfast is really really sad and it tastes like cardboard.

I like how comfortable the king size bed was. It was dirty with hair in the corners around bathroom vanity. Parts of the room we were in, was beat up needing repair. I love Quinta but this one in Rochester was low on quality. The breakfast bar was low on options. I arrived around 7:15 am. There was no fruit , no yogurt, no cream cheese for bagels. Only one option for cereal . The orange juice tasted old. I didn’t realize that the eggs are microwaved in an icecream bucket with a plastic bag. That seems improper to handle the food.

The room and property are clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was nice, but housekeeping loudly knocked on the door at 9:30a and check out wasn't until 11:00a.

The stay was good and the room was larger, although upon entering out room we did have a clean room we found a large stain on out blanket. The Kids pool and the Whirl Pool were both blocked off, but the larger pool was open for use. The main hall on the main floor had several stained ceiling tiles, which didn't look good, but they must have had a water leak. In our bathroom the make up light above the mirror did not work. I did like that there was several great places close to get great food.

the place was good but hot tub was out of order and laundry machines didn"t work. the room directly across from us were parting all night pounding on doors and making a rucess we were staying there while in town for mayo hospital appointments and had to be up every morning at 5:15 am so the noise wasn't no fun.

Horrible. Stains all over the floor, stains on the couches. Rooms smells like piss. Toilet was not cleaned. Afraid to sleep on bed because I don’t know if they might have bed bugs. We lost money this night of stay and I booked for 2 days. We left home within 2 hours of making a hard decision and complaints.

First we got there and check in was great. We got into our room and sat down for about 20 minutes and we noticed a few bed bugs crawling on the bed. We went to request another room or refund. They gave us a suite room. We checked it thoroughly again first. Next day we woke up to the housekeeper barging in our room after one knock. She didn't say anything before or after knocking. Check out wasn't for hours later. No front coffee, no front side store, breakfast was ok, room was quiet. I would say this hotel has went downhill definitely since new owner ship. Was hard to wanna give it a good score at all due to bed bugs

We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. Also the young man on nightshift was less than impressive. But we liked the big bathroom and beds were comfy. And the breakfast was good, but breakfast room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Price was right, which is what we needed.
