This hotel is just wore out! It has definitely had much better days. Very dingy and doesn’t feel clean.

Close to Hard Rock. Quiet, comfortable room. TV remote control too complicated. Never saw one like it before. The tv show that came up first was what I watched. Couldn't get the remote to change channels. Ask for a conventional remote if there is one available.

It definitely was the worse experience. One of the beds was wet and we didn’t realize it until 3am. About 15 minutes after we checked in and laird in the bed, we realized it was wet. I was offered to changed room. I did not want to do that since we were so exhausted. It was a back and forth between hotel.com and the hotel. The hotel didn’t give any kind of credit. I will NEVER go back to that hotel.

The place was just fixed up enough to be considered acceptable. The lobby and eating area were a mess and the rooms had the usual paint and subpar remodel. Not a great hotel but convenient for the fairgrounds

Very pleasant stay, Convenient to Fair grounds! But rooms are outdated. Bed was particularly soft. Needs new mattress!

It was not the usual hotel I've been to it was some what not clean had a bad smell

Couch was so dirty that we wouldn’t even sit on it. Room looked like it wasn’t dusted for sometime.

We chose this hotel based on location to the Fairgrounds. It is directly across the Fairgrounds. The front desk people are mostly friendly. The room itself is pretty dated. The property had homeless people lingering around inside and the staff didn't do much to remove them. The outside always had trouble with loud people hanging out in the parking lot until 3 am, with numerous complaints. The front desk did attempt to tell them to vacate but this happened every night we were there. It was awful. The breakfast was very irritating. They said the breakfast was 6-9 weekdays and 7-10 weekends. The coffee was constantly out and they couldn't keep up. The hot food items were not brought out until at least 1/2 hour after breakfast was said to start. There were waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and apples. The hot items were scrambled eggs or egg "patties" and sausage patties. My biggest complaint with this hotel was the loud people not being addressed, the late breakfasts and the continous coffee issues. The showers in the room was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Nice location. Stayed on 1st floor. Front desk was very loud with people coming and going late at night. Breakfast was good. Employee was slow to bring food out and to replenish. Employee did not speak any English so it was impossible to communicate with her..

The hotel dirty and unkept. No housekeeping during stay. Filth on the Hall carpets. Never vacuumed. Overall property is very depreciated. Rusted bathtub. Black mold in many spots and a large dark brown mystery stain on the ceiling in the middle of the room.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel facility is being ignored. It needs better upkeep, maintenance & deep cleaning. The hotel was not prepared for the number of guests at breakfast. The food was good when available, but only one person to keep up with standing room only patrons. People started leaving an included breakfast, to go else where.

Vending machines were out of product multiple days in a row. Coffee, etc was not refilled in the breakfast area. Rooms were not cleanedas promised. Facility is ran down and dirty.

Had funny smell. Breakfast was mediocre and had 3 times more condiments than items to eat.

Roaches were in the room! I had to kill some. Carpet dirty with stains and sticky substance on the floor sticking to bottom for our shoes.

Me quede por 3 noches y nunca se presento ningun empleado a limpieza habitacion. La cafetera del cuarto estaba sucia. Para el desayuno no habia cafe pero, los empleados usaron su cafetera para preparar cafe. Eso fue lo unico bueno ennla estadía. Buen trato de empleados.

Hotel has come in it's years. Carpet and bathroom were not clean

Older facility. No coffee at breakfast so we decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

Front desk staffs are excellent, hotel is clean but the room does need some upgrades
