Took a trip up north for New Year’s with the family kids really enjoyed indoor hot tub and pool. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were good. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location and pet friendly. Friendly staff. The only small problem was there was a sound the beds made in the room, almost like a tin or aluminum sheet sound when sitting in the edge of both beds.

Nice budget hotel,very clean, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate with a lot of options. Only complaint is the coffee is truly awful, had to go elsewhere. Everything you'd want or need is within a 5 minute drive. I would stay again. An hour to the Grand Canyon, maybe 45 minutes to Flagstaff.

I specifically asked for a room near an exit at the rear! They gave me a the opposite! A room by the lobby and elevator!!! My dog has anxiety and kept me up ALL Night as a result!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is not a 4.5 hotel or 9 stars! Its luke any other LaQuinta Inn and has dirty, old carpets also! Pillows are extermley hard! Very disappointed for the price I paid!!!

We arrived at 9pm after driving for 14hrs…walked into the room and the entryway light cover was missing, exposing wires and lightbulb. Pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there were multiple hairs in the sheets. Received a text from LaQuinta asking if they could provide anything to make the stay more comfortable and we had just run out of toothpaste so I asked if there was any available and the reply said yes, swing by the front desk. I went downstairs and the front desk worker said they don’t sell that any more nor do they have any. Beds are uncomfortable. Can hear everything next door. Do not recommend.

The hotel was ok and the check in was a bit difficult. Other guests were super loud and inconsiderate and their kinds ran and screamed in the hallway and rooms from 11pm to 1-1:30am. We notified the staff but they didn’t do anything about it. May not stay there next time.
