Had an early morning flight from La Guardia and decided to stay at the hotel. Super easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable but it was a bit outdated. There were limited amenities. The shuttle functioned well.

Only good things about the hotel are its location and the lobby.
It’s an old building where rooms are in a sad state and need upgrades on furniture and lights.
1) Bathroom does not have an exhaust, take one hot shower and it’s unusable for next few hours as there is no outlet for steam.
2) Bath tub blocks and water starts collecting.
3) The toilet seat is comically small and low, as if it was created for toddlers.
4) The pillows are all weird shaped and they did not have a single flat pillow in the room or upon request with housekeeping.
5) A 3 person room had 1 tea bag, upon request, they did sent a few more but it took them 2 hours to get it.
For far lesser price and with added amenities, same compound connected building of Hampton Inn seems like a far better option.

The staff was very friendly. The room I had smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was dirty. The pillows were very small almost like couch pillows rather than bed pillows. I went to the front desk thinking they forgot to put the pillows on the bed and was told those were in fact the right ones. It felt like my head was bigger than the pillow itself. They did change my room to one that didn’t stink of smoke but still the bad pillows. It was a place to sleep i guess. Disappointed with how much the room was and what was provided.

A nice place to stay near the airport. Indoor pool is not very warm, but the sauna was. Friendly and helpful staff and food was good from room service. No real complaints, would stay here again!
