I arrived at the location after midnight and a sign indicated I needed to call for the attendant. I used the phone in the lobby and dialed zero and the phone rang until it went to a busy signal. I continued calling 4 more times before the attendant showed up. Once the attendant did show up, I was assigned a handicap room but not with a roll in shower as I had requested. The attendant looked for a room with a roll in shower and provided me electronic keys to the room. The attendant indicated there were no towels in the room so he handed me a pile of them to take to the room. Once I arrived at the room the keys did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to get a new set. When I finally got into the room, I saw that there were no hangers for me to hang my clothes on or cups for me to drink any water or take any pills. I called the front desk and was told there were no hangers, they were getting a shipment the next day, but he would bring me some cups. The condition of the room was poor. The linens were thin and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. While staying at the hotel I had an accident where I slipped coming out of the roll in shower and hit my head against the gripping bar. I called the front desk and asked if they would have housekeeping clean the bath room. I was told it was Christmas and there was no housekeeping and I would have to clean it myself. If I wanted any cleaning items, I would have go to the front desk to get them.

The staff were very friendly and dog lovers. But the 2 rooms I dealt with were filthy, toilet wasn’t flushing in 1 room had to move immediately. The previous guest had left clothing and food behind along with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The furniture and decor were trashed and filthy. Not to mention the pot smokers in the building stinking up the place but also affecting my COPD! 4th floor is a little quieter but still the guests get outside at night and argue along with key fobs constantly being pushed! For a commercial property the city is a problem!

This hotel was EXTREMELY DIRTY!!!!!!! I switched rooms to a more suitable one and that room was dirty as well. The toilet was broke and we had to go use the lobby bathroom. Half the channels didnt work on the tv. The phone in the room didnt work. There were dirty dishes with caked up gunk on them. There was mold in the room.

Day of check in they check me and my family into a dirty room. Had to wait another hour for them to figure out what to do with us. Due to this happening I clocked in LATE for work causing my company to suspend me!! Finally they rushed “cleaned” another room that turned out to be TRIFLING! Dog or cat poop under bed dirty shoes and underwear under bed smoking blunts and bloody tissue behind nightstand moldy shower curtain broken and leaking dishwasher fridge barely worked room filled with nats phone didn’t work and we didn’t have a remote for either televisions. But they made sure to bam on my door everyday to see if I was staying over ! Worst experience ever will not recommend!

They was No breakfast serving, the room was nice , just need an update on the furniture. Also bathroom curtains needed to be changed as well. But besides that it was a okay stay. When I say dirty ( I’m talking about the curtain in the bathroom)

The property is completely falsely advertised in the photos, what you see there is what it used to look like maybe when it was opened but it definitely isn't the case anymore. The hotel is dirty from the front door all the way up to the rooms. The carpets haven't been vacuumed in a while, the sheets have stains, there's water damage on the walls and ceilings. Most of the advertised hotel amenities aren't available because of the "construction works" and as they said at the reception there's very limited breakfast options. The receptionists and the hotel manager act as they're genuinely helpful while you tell them that you don't like the room and don't want to stay at the hotel until you leave and then just pretend there was never any issues when Expedia customer support contacts them. To sum it up, I got there, the room wasn't ready, checked it out and left after 15 minutes to a different hotel. Don't stay here if your expectations aren't very low to none!

Check-in was smooth, the elevator needed to be swept out. The room had a smell, housekeeping is none existed. You have to take your used towels to the front desk, and pick up clean ones. Either you take your trash to the elevator or to the end of the hallway. We received two keys, one would work then you have to go back downstairs to the front desk so they can swap it so it can work did that twice. Wi-Fi was weak it kept buffering and no ice but have a sign that direct you to it.

I bought a hotel room from here and when I got there they couldn’t accommodate me, they told me they were fully booked and I would have to go through hotels.com to get a refund since I couldn’t even stay in their hotel. I reached out to you guys and after a while you emailed me that because the hotel won’t answer you can’t give me a refund. It is not my fault or my responsibility to force the workers at this hotel to do their job. I was told to go through you guys and you’re saying you need them to answer to do anything for me but where does that leave me? Not being able to trust hotels.com….I was not even able to use this room yet you’re still trying to charge me. I would like to speak to someone about this otherwise I need to dispute this on my bank card…this is ridiculous that I have to go through all of these obstacles just to get a refund from this hotel that was fully booked when I got there. This is also the second time this hotel location has been fully booked after I purchased a room

The property itself was OK. It is beginning to look like it needs some maintenance in certain areas (dirty carpet and painting mostly). What I did not like during my stay there was that there was no coffee pot in the room. There was coffee packets on the kitchenette counter but when I asked the front desk about it, I was told that none of the rooms had a coffee maker. The other thing is the main reason I was staying at that particular location is because they had a gym. Well, while being walked up to my room I was told the gym was out of commission due to a fire months ago so I was unable to use the gym the whole time I was there. Key card for door did not work. Desk attendant let us in our room. Even her card took 5 tries before it finally worked. She said a new card would in not fix the issue. Bedside lamps and plug did not work. The suite was clean and i liked the separate room, and the price was great.

Property was under construction, and amenities were unavailable. Room smelled gross. They also gave me the key to a different person's room when I checked in, and I was able to enter that room. This is very dangerous. No laundry or other amenities available.

Urine on toilet seat, shower hose was linking causing water to spout all over bathroom floor, there was no cable attached to tv and cable service, a chair was broken, the access outer doors did not lock at night for key card entry only which made me feel very unsafe, and another resident received a package I had delivered but never gave to reception. Even though I had asked in advance if package delivery was permitted.
