Most pleasant Staff very polite and courteous and Mrs.Howell Top Manager always helpful,And remembers her customers and make sure each stay is always appreciated wouldn't stay anywhere else this is this cozy zone for RELAXATION..Thanks TO EVERYONE FOR ALL YOU DO.

Friendly staff and great parking, but room was filthy. There were roaches in the bathroom, on the floor and in the fridge, the room also smelled of smoke. Hopping off the elevator I smelled smoke and cigarettes.

I got 3 different rooms:
One the first one, the A/C was not working.
On the 2nd room there were FECES sticking out the toilet ! (So nasty.. I got pictures too)
3rd room was ok.
I understand is a budget hotel.. nothing fancy. But a clean toilet is the minimum that you guys can offer…

Expedia assured me that I would have a first floor room. The staff refused to accommodate this. We were told we would have 2 pillows brought to the room. They weren't. My room key didn't work. The staff tried to blame me.

The Front Desk agent Larence was very patient, and very professional. No attitude, no rush, no questions but the necessary asked.
Only complaint about my stay was that the towels in my room were not stark white clean.

It reeks of cigarettes and just very unpleasant building. We didn’t have enough pillows in our room and asked for some around 9 PM, when we were told only the head housekeeper has access to extra pillows. Yikes. The shower and tub are installed incorrectly in some rooms, with no drainage and improper slope/height for comfort.

Please avoid this hotel. The mattress are pads on plywood, there was cat urine on the mattress. Dog urine all over the elevator floor and when I asked attendant to clean it up he acted resentful of it. I asked for a handicapped room and we were put on the 5th floor. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. There is not proper conditioning in the elevators and only one of three work. Avoid this place at all costs…
