My bed had springs sticking out dirty towels so n bathroom and the heater not working

They refused to give me clean towels

There was no clean towels, when I asked for some, I was told there limited to certain stuffs, like that shouldn't be my fault, y I should be left without towels...an the cable from the T.V broke off an I told front desk, he told me there's only a 2 bed an have to pay 7 dollars extra, horrible service, so I was left without a t.v an towels an they refused to change me rooms Not recommended!!

There was 4 police cars at the entrance when we arrived, we were not sure whether we could proceed to go to reception or not. Looks like there was a fight between clients (probably hookers). Hotel is close by a multitude of fast food and restaurant, laundromat, Seven eleven and Ross which is very convenient. Also close to the airport While taking our food on the desk to have supper we saw a bug, probably a roach, but uncertain as to whether it came out from the food or was there already, we didn't see any others This time we had a room on the other side of the reception further from the gate, much quieter We got a message on the window that we were parked incorrectly on the first night, we park as per paper the second and got a message that we were parked there with no authorisation

Was close to the gate, therefore could hear it each time it opens and close which woke me up a few times. Lots of people passing by speaking sometimes loudly. Close to many major fast food chain and a variety of other restaurants. A laudromat is also close by, a Ross and a 7/11 Price was great, I personally didn't get scared but there was lots of homeless in the area, most looked intoxicated. I might be wrong but some of the womens staying there seemed to be protitutes

There wasn’t even a lock on the door and it less that has a microwave and fridge which it did not AC was broken

I liked the people that was running the place

Idk about the other rooms but mine was trash! Door wouldnt or could not lock from outside. No smoke detector, no light at all or fan in bathroom. Roaches..holes in wall..mattress looked like it was found in a alley. Dog paw prints all over the back side front side was wosre..smh! I asked for non smoking queen size bed. They tell me to come early because my room was ready .just to get there and be switched at last second to a smoking full size bed that should have been condemned

The staff was nice and helpful. But other than that I'll never use this motel 6 again. The first reservation I made ..I never actually checked in that day. I actually needed to reschedule res for following day, called to reschedule multiple times. No answer both times..wrote a message to motel 6.still no response. So first I made a res for non smoking, queen size bed..during check in. The woman helping me decides I need a room different then the one she was about to give me and puts me in a room that should never be rented. Door doesn't lock..bed is missing tons of hardware , almost fell while I was on it.. bathroom light,fan don't work..the actual mattress is filthy...I mean one side of mattress is covered with dog paw prints.. towels were all stained..and since when do you have to pay for ice . I asked to be put in another room but unfortunately...none are available..NO LOCKING DOOR , AND BED FALLING APART AND LIGHT AND FAN NOT WORKING....if a room has just of those things wrong I would say its unrentable and unsafe...but all of these things! I would like my money back. I shouldn't have to repair furniture and fix the electricity in a motel room I'm spending money on..how was I supposed to go anywhere during my stay with a door that won't lock from the outside. I think a full refund for the night i never even stayed at motel, and atleast 1 of the 2 days that i did actually step foot in the motel room is the least you can do..

My items were stolen from my room & management is not communicating about the situation

Very unsafe area. Dirty room, no towels, blood on light switch. I left and did not stay there. Very unsafe.

This place is horrible and shouldn’t be allowed to be up and running! So dirty and unsafe that we never even stayed there. Arrived after a show in Vegas on our way to our next stop in Sacramento. It was about 2am and the motel had people on intoxicated everywhere lingering in the parking lot and the 2nd floor balconies. Mind you this place is enclosed so these were all guests. People coming up to us asking for money, knocking on my car window. Following us. Felt like we had entered a jail and we were out of place. We got to the room and it was DISGUSTING! Nothing like the pictures! Bugs! Stains! The smell!!! Even the guard was following us at this point and when I told him what the problem was he got all angry with us. We decided to leave. It wasn’t safe and it wasn’t clean. The manager is avoiding my calls for a refund. My buddy got one but I didn’t. One of the front desk workers even said he doesn’t blame me for not wanting to stay there when I was trying to get in touch with the manager. I want my money back!!!!!!!!
