Room wasn’t properly cleaned and smelled funny. Will not book here again.

It was a terrible hotel experience but not the worst I've ever had. Front desk attendant acted like I was interrupting her TV time or phone time. Then there was no blanket on the bed and she said she was all out of them so I couldn't have one. Then the ice machine was broken but didn't find that out until after I asked her where the ice machine was, she told me where it was then I walked to it and discovered it was broken when I got there. I went back to ask her about it she said "oh yeah it's broken" I asked why she didn't tell me that the first time I asked her and she said " Cuz i'm busy". Then...the room...DIRTY dirty. You could see the first in the table, all surfaces in fact including the floor. Best part was that the AC actually worked but the room upon first entrance, smelled like heavy deodorant spray which I later discovered was to mask the cigarette smoke. DEFINITELY NOT even deserving a 2 star rating. AND the elevator took FOREVER, and there was a pool but I'd rather swim in a pond!

Horrible experience, room was dirty, blood stains on toilet, bed was broken and door of room was also broken and would not close unless forced. Save ur money

I didnt realize i booked a handicap room till i was at checkin, i told her i didnt realize but she didnt offer to change, only one washcloth, there was two of us. The towels smelled . We were close to stairs, the door to stairs didnt close properly so all night people opened the door and it would slam really loud.

I did not feel safe. Someone was sleeping in the stairwell. Someone had urinated in the other stairwell. Only one elevator was working. Room was not clean.

Pool under construction ( probably low priority), no bathroom rug (comment, possibly on incoming truck) and no reception in TV.

Una experiencia HORRIBLE, me han entrado a robar a mi habitación, el encargado de Motel 6, menciono que él Hotel no se hace responsable de robos en las habitaciones y ni siquiera tuvo la predisposicion a revisar las camaras de seguridad, solo manifesto que Yo llamara al 911 y denunciara el echo y que siguiera por ese conducto la investigación.

Too much homeless people

It was horrible on the 5th floor in my room The floorwas Damp. the whole time and I killed 3 roaches In my room

Bad customer service

The rooms smell stink. The bathroom is in a deplorable condition. The noise coming from outside is very loud. The elevator location is from the outside of the building and it feels unsafe. The Place looks like and feels like the shelter

The best thing in that property was diamond the receptionist very nice and courteous! This hotel only has one elevator for a building that has around 7 to 8 floors. It seems this hotel caters to government assistance groups. You see a bunch of people smoking in the hallways, junkies , cigarette butts all over the place. The lobby smells is dirty the hallways are dirty. There’s nothing appealing to this hotel but the area. I did not feel safe in that place at all. We ended our stay the second day and returned back home. And the rooms are not welcoming at all.

Get away from this place, unsafe, the door lock was broken
