Everyone was welcoming and kind and the rooms were so clean! they welcomed my dog and provided dog linens & towels! I will always stay here because of that! It made the holiday so nice!

Windy stormy weather at night didn't really hear much at all

Unable to raise room thermostat past 74 degrees! Showetr handle was very loose. Water pressure at sink was a pathetic trickle.

Overall not too bad, this location was much much more cleaner then the others around it.

First of all Didn’t even get the room and the customer service was terrible! Went to the front office and they told me you can’t book a room with us with no explanation on why so left me hanging without any room to rest in. Was not a pleasant experience at all

Very clean and family environment

This exceeded all of my expectations. Is it a luxury hotel? No, but it far exceeds the price! It had a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, the beds were decent bathroom was decent. New floors. I was beyond pleased with our stay here. Every staff member was kind and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely stay here.

Check-in was quick and simple. The staff was very friendly/nice. The room was really clean. We stayed in room 213, where there was a few things we didnt like. First, the a/c had a noticeable smell too, like a wet musty smell almost, decided to sleep without it on. Second the tv wasn't working the best. The tv was small. But the issue was the playback. At times the tv screen would either go black or lag, but you could always hear the audio. And 3rd was the beds. Our room had 2 queen beds. One of the beds was really firm, like a hard bouncy firm, was still able to get some sleep. The second bed was softer, but on one side there was a noticeable dip like when you've used your bed for years and a dip naturally formed in the bed on the side you sleep on. I'd recommended the staff to replace that bed at least. The room/stay was good for 1 night that my wife and I needed. Staff was really great and understanding and apologetic when i mentioned the issues at checkout. The location is great right off the highway, but far enough that you don't hear the traffic. Good amount of food options really close by and some more off the next exit. Overall I'd stay here again.

Stayed here before no problems. But I think staying too many times will cause problems. The person below us got mad a we got kicked out. The manager who had no badge tried to force enter our room for no reason. The guy below us was the one with the problem. We got kicked out and money refunded.

Nice n clean

Clean property and room, courteous staff, good value

I’ll be honest, I didn’t feel safe here. We met the person at the “front desk” through a locked window, which started the vibe off wrong. Maybe it’s not a safe part of town, I have no idea. The room had a bunch of tiny issues that made it feel uninviting and uncomfortable. I chose this location for the price; but I will not do that again. Safety and comfort makes a higher cost worth it, in my opinion. But if those things are lower on your list than saving money, you may feel differently.
