Love the grounds, so beautiful and quiet. Great area for walking and enjoying the outdoors. The recent remodel of the Hotel is welcoming, and the New restaurants have wonderful food with great service. We will Return soon.

The guy at the front desk at check in was great! Super friendly and nice I didn’t catch his name but had short black hair I think green eyes maybe but he was great! The guy and girl both at check out was not so friendly or talkative I did not get their name either but the guy with curly long black/brown hair with glasses, and a girl with blonde hair in a pony girl. Neither one of them were talkative or said much. Wasn’t a fan of them.

I thought the property was beautiful - the carpet was clean and completely new looking and the rooms were gorgeous - great view of the mountains as well - highly recommend.

Some of the accommodations were not open and they were doing construction early in the morning, where I could hear him from my room online it stated that all the construction will be done in January and that wasn’t fair to Travlers to have accommodations not open and to have drilling and sawing and ropes hanging in front of your windows

This hotel is charging room rate along with incidental charges during the check in even when the room had been already prepaid.

Disappointing stay – not worth the money.
The room was noisy, and I could clearly hear traffic from outside. There were no slippers, and the floor felt sticky. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Weird stay, doubt I'd opt to stay (and certainly not seeking out) another Omni property. Situated in a business park, the hotel looks nice, but management and operation is subpar. Upon check in they couldn't find the reservation, and the desk agent acted like it was our problem, (not his/theirs,) to find it, in spite of my producing both the Hotel.com email, and verification # for the stay. 11 story hotel, and they put up on the 5th floor, where we were awoken partly because of exterior repairs on the lower floors before 8 am. At 8:30 housekeeping was knocking at the door. None of this really mattered because we were already awake because the bed was absolutely awful and we barely slept. It was disgraceful. Given the location, I'd expect it would be run by professionals, and it simply isn't. Not impressed by the "brand."

We LOVED the new decor. The entire hotel is thoughtfully done. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The restaurants had great ambience and prices were stellar. We had no desire to leave the property!

Great property!! Very clean and safe. Dining options within the hotel are great with great food options. The golf and mountain views are incredible. 20 mins to Boulder. 30 mins from Denver Airport. The room is cleaned everyday. The staff and service is simply great!!! Highly recommend staying here.
