I always love staying at this property! I love that they have an adult pool so you can get away from the fun and noise at the kids pool. There were a couple little hiccups in our room, but was promptly addressed by the staff. Would definitely stay again, in a heartbeat!

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed here as part of our road trip and drove down from Vegas to stay here.
It was beautiful and had everything you need. There was so much space for everyone, no one was ontop of anyone else. The adults only pool is a great touch. Good options for food and drink. The sports bar was great and even made cocktails upon request. The location is a great. Easy access to a little shopping facility that had eateries and also convient for going to Joshua Tree National Park.
Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more days.

The staff were excellent, so not much they could have done to improve the stay, however there were some issues that were out of their control.
We had to switch rooms as our first room flooded, it seemed the bathtub had a leak in the drain and flooded the entire room while my wife tried to fill a bath. Again, staff were excellent, quick and friendly response. They immediately were on site and had a new room ready for us instantly, and were very accommodating. The next rooms entire coffee bar area was infested with ants, again, apologetic and I believe they rectified it. I just think overall the owners of the property could spend some time and renovate it.
That being said, the lazy river was great, kept at a nice temperature and well staffed, the kids activity were a nice touch and the ground were nice and well maintained. We had one sit down breakfast at BlueEmber which was excellent, and two take out breakfasts from the Cafe which were excellent as well.
I’d be hesitant to stay here again as the condition of the facilities were let down by the very friendly people working there, if it weren’t for them, we likely would have relocated after the first night.

It’s a beautiful resort, the staff were really nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant/bar was really good. 2 things that were disappointing: 1. The room smelled old and 2. We ordered food (room service), it was terrible.

This hotel was perfect for our family and the other families we were with. They accommodated us and put our rooms all next to each other. The pool was amazing and my kids could not get enough of the lazy river. I loved how there were multiple lifeguards stationed along the lazy river. I really felt like we were safe.

4.5 stars out of 5 stars. Rooms need microwave and also need a consumption bar (with snacks and chocolate). Food service menu is limited so you need to dine at the on site restaurant for more options. However resort is directly across a plaza with restaurants and yard house is right nearby along with Whole Foods. On site bar the drinks are $14 each with the tax which is typical for the area. Cocktail menu is very extensive for hotel bar.
