Service and facilities were great. Rooms need a bit of updating. But the one improvement that should be done is stopping using 1-time use water bottles and give guests reusable bottles and have filling stations throughout the resort. Other hotels do this and it works well and saves plastic from going into the landfills.

I thought about it because the reviews were a little bad, but it was better than expected. Restaurants in the resort are a little expensive, but there are all brand franchises around. I was very satisfied with the three-minute distance.

Unfortunately the concierge was not great.
Didn’t follow through on what was promised.
The staff at Blu Ember is fantastic! Extremely helpful, kind and attentive.

This is a fantastic resort for spending pool time with kids and extended family outings. The splashtopia is a hit with the kids and adults alike, and plenty of other kids activities like the arcade, movie nights etc. reservations for tennis and pickleball lessons books out so book in advance for the perfect vacation for everyone. Staff is extra kind and helpful, pool side service was our favorite part.

The room we had in bldg 2900 top floor was making a cracking popping sound all night. We think it was structural. They were kind enough to try and move us to another room for our second night which was great. No noise.

The Omni is older and the room blocks are showing wear and cracks and lack of maintenance. Check in for 4 people but only towels for 2 people. Bathroom lights would time out while in the shower only 5 minutes, the motion detection was behind a hanging towel :p.
On the positive side the lazy river was fantastic, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful!
