This was my first time staying at this property. I had stayed previously at a Pendry hotel in San Diego. Since this was a business trip, I was not in the hotel very much at all. The service provided at the hotel was excellent and on par with any luxury brand. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the good amenities. I did not get a chance to eat at the hotel, but had a drink in the Pendry Bar, as well as on the roof top. Again, service was top notch. I will definitely stay here again.

Service has gotten way worse since the last time I stayed 6 months ago. Hotel did not give me the room I paid for initially. Gave me one without view and called it an upgrade. No service at the pool at all. $70 overnight parking fee is new. The valet folks scratched the flap of the car’s charging port because they couldn’t open it. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely perfect stay at the Pendry. Service was amazing, people so nice, and the food was incredible! Loved the rooftop pool and restaurant, together with our room view. Room was stunning! Will definitely be back! Thank you Pendry.

Nice newer property, centrally located and spacious rooms. For tourists, the hop on hop off stop is conveniently located just across the street. Be warned though that LA is not very walkable and car transportation is a must

The entire staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. The room was amazing, food was great at Merois. Only complaint I have was the bed- just a bit too firm for my liking. That is the only complaint, everything else far exceeded my expectations and my expectations were already set extremely high.

Love the design and style of this hotel. Truly a wonderful place to stay, I have enjoyed every trip at this hotel. The room layout and user experience is calming and pleasant and its a great place to stay for a few days or weeks.
