I discovered the heater a/c unit was always on and the thermostat didn't work. I figured it at about 2 am when I found that even turning the unit off didn't keep the fan from running . I let it go several minutes on "off" but it was pulling 40 degree air in from the outside. So my choices were to let the room go down to 40 or to lay in bed sweating all night because the room was up around 80 degrees. I chose the 80 degrees but did not get much rest. Room 168.

They’ve added a damage fee, which they didn’t use to have—$150 must be paid in advance. They charged me an extra fee claiming it was a safe usage fee—there was no safe in the room. There were roaches in the room, the microwave didn’t work and the staff was rude!

It is an older property, could use a little more cleaning but was ok for the price. There are no USB ports for charging so you need to bring cubes which I didn’t think I’d need so that was an issue. I’d stay again if needed

Internet said 100 mgbs, test at 8 so speed was to slow to keep up with work like I was supposed to, which was a main reason of choosing this hotel. Then, A/C didn’t keep room cool at all, and when we told them we didn’t have a TV remote within 10 minuets of getting there, they told us repeatedly ‘it must be there’ and it took an hour for them agree to give us one. Pictures were deceptive. Has all of the right furniture and amenities but were all dinged up and the laminate floors feel dirty. Also a lot of noise at 6:00 am and people smoking on the stairs.

The hostess at breakfast each day was so friendly and nice. Chatted with us each morning. I also liked that they let me switch my room from the back parking lot to the pool side.
