Very nice room, bed was comfortable, room was clean and lots of space. Check in was very easy and the gentleman that helped was very friendly. And check out lady was very nice as well.

Got a nonsmoking room (217) but someone is smoking nearby and I can’t sleep because it smells like smoke even in our room. Really badly. Our tub was clean but there were little hairs left behind and we were only given 1 washcloth for two people. The credit card machine wasn’t working at check in so because my card was scanned twice, Chase bank sent us a fraud alert. Lastly, we didn’t know ESA animals are not considered here. But the biggest complaint is the smoke smell. It’s cold out and people must be smoking in their rooms. Not sure if we’d stay again.

We chose the hotel because it was less expensive and we just needed a place to sleep and get ready the next morning.
The tv has a bright blue light that shines all night and we had to cover that up. Lots of light also comes through the door frame to outside. Towels were stained. There was a used pimple patch stuck to the bathroom door frame that cleaning obviously has missed. The tv remote didn’t work and all I could get the tv to show was one channel which had SpongeBob on. As I said, I knew it wasn’t going to be awesome but I relearned an old lesson that you do get what you pay for with hotels.

It was the dirty room in my life dirty sheets, refrigerator full molds food they don't do housekeeping in your staying hotel front offices smells like farts.

We didn't get the room we paid for, which was a king and a sofa sleeper. We did get the king bed, but just a dirty love seat. Things were just quite outdated and needed repaired. The tub was a non-functioning jacuzzi tub that was very deep and difficult to get in and out of. The floor sagged in areas. We got one wash rag to share for the three of us. We had to keep asking for things like towels, bedding, etc. The staff were extremely friendly and nice though. Our roll of toilet paper had already been dropped in the toilet and left to dry once. The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Everywhere in town was booked and this was what was left.

Everything was fine. Only problem in my hand and that you may be aware of if you're Diabetic Your choices for a low carb breakfast are zero. Apple or banana are you choice for breakfast.
