The staff were so sweet and incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants nearby and even told us which ones offered discounts for staying at the hotel. They shared fun things to do in the area and were all around very pleasant. Your staff makes this place 10 times better!!!!

I was not happy that a $100 hold was placed on my card for incidentals. This is the first time this has ever happened and it was not disclosed at check in rather we read tiny print on the counter while checking out. And the continental breakfast options were not great!

Upon arriving we always check the beds. One of two was not clean and had a large amount of body hair all over the sheets. The telephone did not work at all. Stayed two nights and only had internet service one of those nights

We got to our room to find that there was about 1/8” left on the rollbot toilet paper roll, with no additional roll. A long black hair was on the floor next to the tub/shower. The hair dryer was broken and did not work. onnthe positive side, the front desk clerk was responsive when the issues were brought up to him. The beds were comfortable.

The exercise room had home owner quality cardio equipment with a large rip in the only bench. There was no way to clean anything in the room and no place to get water. Hotel needs upkeep and repair. Friendly front desk staff.
