Decent! Nothing wrong besides I was blindsided by having to do a 200$ cash deposit which was returned at check out. I booked through Expedia and I do not believe that was mentioned. They had an ATM, I believe I paid 5$ for the withdrawal. Usually wouldn't expect to have to put down more than 100 for a deposit but fortunately I was able to do it and they gave it back no questions.

This was supposed to be a Nonsmoking hotel. It was not. The smoke smell was very bad. I 'am allergic to cigarette smoke and I was up all night. we talked to the person at the desk and He wasn't really very concerned and said that we should have asked to move, At 1am? A very run down Hotel! Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was said about that on booking the room!

This was my favorite hotel to stay in. They recently decided to charge a deposit for local residents only. Not only that, after I had checked out, the manager of the hotel came out yelling at me to get off the property and accused me of defecating on the side of building. I told him that I was a customer and how absurd his allegations were. He did stop yelling but did not apologize or anything.

The front desk was beyond nice and helpful with my concerns. I had to move rooms due to there being evidence of someone trying to get in the room from the outside. I moved floors and felt better. There were random cups under the bed and that but the rest of the room was clean.

I was not happy that a $100 hold was placed on my card for incidentals. This is the first time this has ever happened and it was not disclosed at check in rather we read tiny print on the counter while checking out. And the continental breakfast options were not great!

Upon arriving we always check the beds. One of two was not clean and had a large amount of body hair all over the sheets. The telephone did not work at all. Stayed two nights and only had internet service one of those nights

We got to our room to find that there was about 1/8” left on the rollbot toilet paper roll, with no additional roll. A long black hair was on the floor next to the tub/shower. The hair dryer was broken and did not work. onnthe positive side, the front desk clerk was responsive when the issues were brought up to him. The beds were comfortable.
