Our staff checked into the room provided and immediately there were stains on the furniture and the beds. Then they went into the bathroom and saw cockroaches in the tub and bathroom. When we asked to be refunded our money so we could get room at another hotel we were told that the front desk was "unwilling to offer a refund". We supplied photos of the cockroaches but to no avail. We will not be staying here again.

I had booked 4 non-smoking rooms. They were dirty and one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, that one person could not even sleep because of asthma/breathing problems. We asked to change the room, but they were full.

When we first go to the hotel we got our first room and we have a friend also in the room waiting for us which was coochroachs it was infested with coochroachs the first room. Then we tried to ask for another room which we got and the same thing happened again more cooachroaches then we were thinking of getting a refund but then we got one last room and luckily there was nothing in the room but i ended up having to use the bedsheets as protection so i could sleep so it was not a comfortable stay overall avoid this hotel at all costs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room looks nothing like the picture. There was mold in the bathroom. The tile floor was chipped and dirty. There was no fitted sheet on the beds only a tucked in top sheet. Someone came into our room despite our do not disturb sign. This place is awful.

Couch had stains on it mirror fell off the wall could not sleep roaches everywhere. I will now stay at Hyatt and Marriott from now on if you want to stay here please prepare for battle.also there is no shuttle service anymore as well

The facility is old. We have to switch room due to bathroom leak. They do keep it clean. Breakfast is limited. They don’t serve eggs or sausages everyday.
