I stay here often, because of location to businesses as well as family. The staff is typically very helpful and accomodating, the rooms are reasonably clean, the beds and air conditioning are good. The only complaint I really have is that the breakfasts are really bland and unappetizing. Not sure this is a problem that staff can control but Quality Inn really needs to look at this

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is quiet and close to all the amenities, and the rooms are much larger than most hotels.

I've stayed here several times now, and every time the staff is prompt and friendly, the rooms are clean with a little kitchenette, and there's an indoor pool. Easy parking and access. Highly recommended.

It's a great place to stay when in town. We've been here many times while visiting family.

The pillows were small

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Cozy entrance. Wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub was closed. Those were the only downsides.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. We have a daughter going to college in Fort Collins. We enjoy the cleanliness of the property. We like the rooms with the 2 queen beds sofa sleeper. We enjoy having complimentary breakfast but it isn't very good, unfortunately that is pretty typical. We bring our dog, so it being pet friendly is nice plus I like the fenced in dog area. It would be nice if the other guests picked up after their dogs, but that isn't the hotels fault. We like the location, close to the school and convenient to shops and restaurants. The pool is nice but the hot tub isn't working and hasn't worked for both our stays. The hot tub would be a great perk. The sofa sleeper this time, was quite uncomfy. The last time we stayed, it was fine. A slightly thicker mattress would be nice. There was a young woman who worked the front desk in the afternoon/evenings and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The young lady who worked the mornings....not so much. Recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting CSU! This will probably be the place we stay every time we visit Ft. Collins, especially if the hot tub gets fixed!

This hotel was fine for one night. The only thing I wanted to do that I couldn't was the hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet does need to be updated, but it seems like a good place to stay when traveling between places.
