Walked in ac was on it was 25 degrees outside. Gap under door allowed cold air to blow in. Half the lights worked. Ones that did flickered on and off. Room never warmed up to comfortable temp. Bedding very lightweight. Bed felt like you were going to roll off one side. Smoke detector was opened no batteries in it. Reported it but they didnt do anything about it. When checking in employee seemed annoyed about having to check us in. Check out employee was very friendly.

My daughter and I checked in late around 9:30pm. The front desk was slow and not welcoming. We were told the room is around the back. It was extremely hard to find the room numbers at night as they were only identified on next to the door which required pulling into buildings to check rooms. There were guests hanging around outside the rooms and not enough parking. I opened the room and the pictures did not look anything like the pictures posted online. We did not feel safe with the people hanging around and the overall feel of the hotel. I left without staying due to this

Ok, The hotel was quiet, room and bathroom spacious and the breakfast was 1st rate. The downsides are that the doors are outside, we had trouble with the reservation and the pool and hot tub were seasonal and closed. Overall a good experience and well worth the money.

There was no cell service at my room location. The bed was not comfortable. I wasn't aware all rooms had outside entrances. Higher noise levels due to the outside entry doors.

I was fooled by the high rating on 3rd party site! The hotel needed many repairs , the room had a sour smell and as we laid down a “bug” came crawling toward our heads in the bed!! At 11pm we packed up and moved to another hotel. I would avoid this place!!!

I stay at this property at least two times a month as I travel for work. This particular when I walked into my room, there was a death moth in the center of the floor. That was no big deal but as I continued to walk in I encountered a pretty good sized spider. I'm not afraid of bugs and insects but I don't want to live with them in my space. I killed the spider and moved the rest of my stuff in without issue. As I'm cleaning my room to my liking I saw another spider in the shower. I thought it was dead but found out the next morning that it was in fact alive because it moved as I was getting in the shower. Again I killed it and moved about my morning. I didn't encounter anything else on this trip. I will more than likely stay here again.
