Rent properties sight unseen is a gamble. The property had recently been sold and was in the process of renovations. The mattresses had been change but the arm chair hadn’t. I can’t stay in a room that I couldn’t even sit in the chair. The chair was an easy fix. Replace it.

Wasn't really all that bad, but I had to pay a $25 junk fee for a "resort" that was closed, so, one star. All I needed was a bed with some working heat (it was during the cold snap) and, well, I got a bed.

The first room they gave me was 1 bed instead of 2, the second room- the door didn’t seal, the bathroom door stuck and my child panicked because she couldn’t get out, the lampshade has rust and mold on them, there was a dead bug in the bed my daughter slept in and a black smear on her sheets. The beds themselves were extremely hard. The room didn’t smell clean. We also didn’t have an ice bucket that I could find. The electric outlets behind the bedside table didn’t work and were worn down. One outlet in the bathroom had an electrical prong stuck in it, rendering it useless.
The price was low, however that doesn’t make up for the condition of the room. There were signs saying the facility was under construction, but even with that, the condition of the room was unacceptable. I am so disappointed.

Decent motel for the price they’re charging for the room. However, I don’t like that I was charged a resort fee for each night, when the water park wasn’t even open because of the cold temperatures. Mattresses were very firm and not very comfortable and housekeeping did not come during our two night stay. Overall, it was cheap and the perfect location for any events at silver spurs.

We were here for the cheerfest in Kissimmee and do not think we will be back to this hotel in the future. The bathroom had hair shavings all over the tub, there was what i assume is old chewing gum up by the shower rod, the pressure of the water was like showering in drips of water. There was old trash ( empty pack of rolling papers) up on top of mirror, also a plastic bag was over the smoke detector, not very safe.Cleanliness was definitely an issue alot of things looked over for sure. And the pillows are hard and not comfortable for sleep at all, very hard to get a good nights rest. Overall out of 5 stars I dont think id even rate a 1 with all the things we witnessed and for the price we paid.

We stayed here because it advertises a heated pool, hot tub, and a water park opened year round. However none of the three were opened. Essentially this was a dirty motel that charged a large resort fee for absolutely no amenities. Additionally the room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs and layers upon layers of dirt and bugs.

That hotel should be knocked down and made new, the horrible entrance, they should point out a little more the night entrance you do not see anything, the terrible service, little security in the rooms, the key of the room was not useful, I had to go to the lobby about three times, the dirty room, the super old mattresses, very unpleasant my experience in that hotel, super far from the parks.

When we checked in we were told the restaurant was only open for breakfast, the next day we found out it was available for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Music outside from water park loud and annoying. Only one trash can in the room, no closet, only two lights worked, miscrowave did not work properly and we found Palmetto bugs in the room.

I was not happy that I was wrongfully charged on my card more than the stated deposit amount which made it hard to do anything with my kids. Seeing as I’m a single father. And they did take responsibility but all the where able to do was give me my money back in 2-3 business days. I don’t understand how I was wrongfully charged and that’s all that was done.
Other than that we did the best with what we had just appreciated I at least had coffee and towels when I asked for them.
