Staff was amazing! We went for the Taylor Swift concert and they had themed decorations which was so fun! The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was clean! We even got to check in 4 hours early for only $25 extra!

The TV did not work practically all night. Very long walk from the lobby to the room, looong hallways. Rooms are very dated, needs to be remodeled or updated.

The room appeared dirty, but it was sloppy painting. There was no lid on the toilet seat. The shower head was in the corner of the tub and that made showering a bit of a problem. The pillows were small and lumpy. Still, it was a restful two nights. The staff were very cordial.

Stay here often and usually top notch. This time, the chain for the toilet in my room was broken and it wouldn’t flush. Allegedly the front desk notified maintenance but no one ever came.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I walked barefoot from the bedroom to the shower and my feet were black.
Hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned in maybe 3 years. the elevator had a dirty walk off mat covering the dirty carpet underneath. I complained to Wyndam corporate and got a standard "sorry things were not up to par but we hope you will try us again". Really? No accountability? Nothing!

I needed a hotel in this area the weekend Taylor Swift was in town. Ramada took advantage of the demand by raising its price to over $450 per night. My room was large and clean, but everything was very, very dated and staff was not friendly.

This hotel was perfect for us. It was not too far from New Orleans. About a 5 minute drive which i lived because we saved on parking and the ridiculous prices at the city. We saved quite a bit of money which we used to eat all the delicious food New Orleans has to offer. The front desk young lady ( i didn't ask her name) gave us wonderful suggestions. She was suoet patient with me because i was asking so many. It was our first time there so i wanted to do it all. And they had an IHOP attached to the hotel! Yum.
