The rooms are spacious and furnished well. Front desk staff were wonderful and informative, and the staff member we saw during breakfast was great as well. We definitely will be staying here again for future visits in Lexington!

This property is extremely loud outside if your room is streetside - people congregate outside in the parking lot across the street until 2:30 am when bars close. It's too loud to sleep - awful. The cars and motorcycles rev their engines and take off all night long like they're racing - extremely loud. Police should do something about that. When we called the front desk, they offered us a noise machine and said this is typical of downtown. They probably get many complaints.
If you are out at the bars and don't come back until after 2:30 am when they close, then it may be ok for you. Perhaps an interior room would be ok, not sure. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located, clean, and has a bar inside.

I was told I was fine where I parked but when I went to check out my car was missing. It was towed and a warning without my knowledge. This caused me to panic and not sure I want to stay again because of this.

Parking was very expensive. For a two night stay I paid $53. Incidentals were charged to me in the amount of $375. We only got two sodas and on chip. (one soda expired)

Very nice hotel. Room had basically a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster, and all the basics you need in a kitchen. Lots of nice space in the bathroom and outside the bathroom to get ready. I would definitely stay here again for any Rupp Arena events. It was a close walk.

Front desk was very nice but we contacted them multiple times starting in the morning that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. After following up twice more during the day, we finally had to go down and get it from the front desk when we needed to get ready for an event at 5:00. Other people in our party also said they ran out of toilet paper and needed to go to front desk to get more.

We stayed on the 8th floor and we literally walked through the elevator to get to the restaurant. Infinity. Sometimes restaurants in hotels are a little underwhelming but everything we ate and drank was excellent and so was the service. Our room was very nice. We could live there.

Charged twice for my room have made several attempts to contact them. They will not answer the phone in accounting department and everyone says they are unable to help you. Left several message over the last two weeks and no one has called me back. Do not book this hotel through Expedia they will charge you and so will the hotel. No one will assist you with it afterwards
