These rooms are huge! For the price you pay, you get everything and more. We just stayed for a night after our flight got canceled, but we’d book this again if we come to Newark or even NYC and if you’re flying from Newark. It’s less than 5 min drive to the airport. Tons of restaurants around the area.

The manager and the staff at this location are terrible. The black lady at the front desk was yelling and screaming full of attitude. There were cats in the lobby and it was stinking. The lady was also having drinks at the front desk.

We stayed in the same room as our last visit and there was an issue with one of toilets in the suite both times. The kitchen sink also had a leak both times.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the visit enjoyable.

The rugs were very dirty and the air vents were horribly dirty and do to that we had to cut our vacation short by a week and leave cause my son and i got really sick with asthma because of the dust and the dirt in the room

I requested for the room to be cleaned three times in three different days by calling the front desk right before we would leave the room for the day. Every single time, the person at the from desk said “sure sir, I will send the cleaning crew”. The room was never cleaned during our stay. I complained all three times when I found the room the same way I left it, however, nobody cared and nothing changed. I would not recommend this hotel. Cigarettes stink and terrible service.

It was very expensive but we had no other options. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking, but eventually did. Front desk staff member had no urgency to help anyone. Seemed oblivious to the difficult circumstances which their customers were in.
The halls smelled strongly of old smoke.
The breakfast was good. The kitchen lady was very pleasant and professional.

This hotel is very old , ventilation system probably not maintained properly and room had really high humidity and was stinky . Was unable to open any windows. Old furniture with burned marks. Me and my family were really upset .
