Very clean property, good room size and comfortable bed for the price. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Was close to attractions we wanted to be at. Very noisy, breakfast unavailable

Location was great for my meetings.

Wasn’t able to check in wasn’t aware my card wasn’t accepted I was told I needed major credit card for stay. Receptionist was not nice and was very rude. Definitely wouldn’t come back even if I had a credit card

Staff was great someone always available expect one employee. Overall love it there very nice hotel and people. They definitely ensure comfort.

I just wish I know before hand that the restaurant was closed due to renovations. It was a clean, quiet property. Would stay there again.

The room was clean. The furniture was a bit outdated. Our biggest complaint was the ventilation system in the room. The heat vent and return air vents were extremely dusty (which we wiped down), and after cleaning we were able to see that the air filters were plugged to the point that you couldn’t even see that there were pleats in the filters. Routine maintenance would be beneficial to those that suffer from allergies.

The staff was very nice but unfortunately the restaurant was closed and so was the pool and the hot tub so that was kind of disappointing

I didn't pay attention and didn't realize if you want a fridge then you must request a room with one. Otherwise everything was fine.

Staff is lazy. No frig. Disabled room has no sheets. Do not stay here

Would not run my card, that I had paid for the room for, to secure the 20$ incidental fee. Wouldn't even try. I finally got someone else to do it. When I got to my room the need had the wrong sheets on it and no refrigerator in a disabled accessable room. When I called down to find actual sheets they eventually sent someone up with a blanket to use instead because they couldn't find a fitted king size sheet. Or even a pillow top that would fit! I then asked if I could have an extra towel or 2 because walk in showers are kinda like that. And she said I had to come down and get them. She was just chilling at the desk in her phone. Do not stay at this place

Spacious, clean, affordable suite!

The property is nice and clean. The rooms have a nice setup. Staff was good. It was unfortunate though because the restaurant isn’t open, the pool was closed. There are no microwaves in the rooms. And refrigerators are in some rooms but not all.

I pacifically booked a room for my birthday. I was dissatisfied because the pool was under Maintenace. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast as advertised.

The furniture and curtains are very old and badly soiled in both of our rooms. I asked to change rooms and the chair in the room was stained as well. I came to Milwaukee for my father’s funeral and found it very difficult to relax and prepare myself for the services. The gentleman at the desk found a leather chair in storage and replaced it for me.

Nice people

This property advertised dining and an indoor pool. Both were closed for repair. The hotel was fairly clean.

Front desk staff were all so friendly, smiling, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable; huge shower.

The room was not super clean. Dirty TV's, Windows, and only one very thin comforter on the bed that had a stain on it. We asked for another blanket and they only had one left and the hotel did not seem busy at all. We also asked for a fan but they didn't have one. The room was very warm with very little airflow in the night. It had a sheet that covered the mattress instead of a fitted sheet and it kept moving all night. The furniture is very used and dirty. The shower had only half the power due to some plumbing issues. The main level was nicer, the staff was nice, not terrible for the price but lots of improving to do. Convenient location off highway.
