I always stay here, whenever I need a pocket friendly hotel, it’s very nice. You definitely get way more than what you pay for, Very budget, friendly, and perfect spot near the freeway plenty of parking, friendly staff, clean rooms slightly outdated, but not by much. It is my go to place to stay.

Staff was doing an excellent job, accommodating all the people displaced by the fires and Southern California. They were a little overwhelmed at first, but still polite. Even though the weights were a little longer, the short staff handled everything professionally. The next day they brought in extra personnel, and I think everyone was grateful For their help in this trying time

There is an off putting smell in the hallways on the 1st and 2nd floors, nothing herbal, not even musky, just unpleasant. I found myself holding my breath or breathing through my mouth. My room itself did not smell so that was good. The room was clean just dated and worn down. Example the drapes had holes in them, shower curtain liner had a tear in it. Probably won't stay here again but it served its purpose.

I thought it was okay, the room set up was strange, the room was very small. The tv was on the side of the bed, on top of the vanity. The couch was very very filthy with many stains, it smelled old and like cigarettes in the room…

I woke up in the morning turned on the lights in bathroom and there were 2 roa hes on the toliet. Tried to discuss this with the front desk. No one was there at 6am. Dropped my room key in the drop box and ran out of that place

Linens, tub and shower ceiling had hairs, tub drained slowly, tub had a leak, bathroom door kept getting stuck causing an extremely loud sound when opening in the middle of the night.

Chose pay at property because someone else usually checks in with another payment method but half was charged on my card before we even checked in. Once i arrived to check in i was informed that our rooms had been changed due to water damage. Instead of two queens, one room was a King and a roll out. I had to request a lower rate though i don't know how much they ended up charging. Because of the change in the beds, i wanted a third room but was told they had none only to have another person in our party book a room there minutes after I left.
