All good, especially shuttles to Unvercial Studio. Very convenient. Breakfast should improve with more variety ( waffles, oatmeal and fruits

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Conveniently located to WDW parks. Walking distance to the Premium Outlets. There is a Publix & Walgreens right behind the property, and a new complex with Aldi, Marshalls, Target & fast casual dining. Breakfast area gets busy but the biscuits are fluffy. Not alot of variety of options but good enough to get a good start before the parks (starts at 7 am) There is a paid laundry facility on site and mini fridge in room. Microwave only in dining area. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Needed a little one night stay before hitting Disney. This little hotel was close by and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, had a great little breakfast we weren’t expecting, plenty of parking. Lovely staff who let us check in a little early and it is across the road from outlet shopping.
It was a great little stop over spot. Bed was comfy too.

Smell in the hallways, breakfast options. Coffee was for sure questionable, very interesting color. Also cheep foam disposable plates need to go away at least replace for better quality paper plate.

Good stay- although a towel bar and coffee in room would be good. I am unsure if I paid for breakfast, because my room number was taken as I entered the breakfast area.

Good..Great value, clean room, good hot breakfast, and free parking. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.
Bad..Stayed 5 nights and they don't clean at all. While this tends to be a trend in value hotels, I would expect after 3 days a wipe down, new towels and clean sheets. I did ask for towels and they promptly changed them.
I like a cold room and everyday when I returned to my room the thermostat when from 67 to 74? Pillows were the size of a square couch pillow???? Too small. A 1 1/2 inch gap under the door put a lot of light in. Making blackout curtains useless.
But with all that. I would stay there again for the value and free parking!!

Desk staff very helpful. Room, though basic, was very clean, restaurant/ breakfast staff was superb. Breakfast was hot and well maintained. Basic coffee was free and specialty coffee was 1/2 price in the morning.

Was not a good hotel for its class or price. We did not sleep for 2 nights and zero hospitality. When asked to move due to the all night noise above us we were asked to call a number. We have no cell service when travelling.

The state was perfect for what we needed it to be. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge. There was a A little trouble closing the door, which I’m sure can easily be fixed by maintenance. Pros about this no parking fees and free breakfast.

overall it was good. It is a close location to Disney, plenty of dining options and shopping places. I gave it 4/5 because over all it was pretty bare and had 4 tiny pillows which wasn’t it for me.

The hotel ok, but the room was smelling weird and the sink was clogged. The breakfast was very poor and bad. I wouldn’t go back!
