Staff was amazing and helped when we forgot a bag when we left!! Properly could definitely use some TLC and more attention to detailing when cleaning rooms as there was dirty and obviously old towel hanging over shower when we got to our room. Over all tho it was a great stay and would stay again!!

It was a simple stay and it was a decent hotel. The staff checked us in quickly. We had no issues with this Super 8, thankfully!

On the website, and upon arrival I was approved for my RV to park on site. After a few days they threaten to kick my girlfriend, baby, and myself out over it. Was forced to move to the street but legally they can’t move my RV or kick us out.

The room smelt like a molding towel you accidentally left in the bottom of your gym bag. Opened the window for fresh air and there is constant traffic. Staff was rude.

No coffe in room. Everything is a bad state if disrepair. Everything from ripped screens, bathtub needs resurfacing, no lamp on one side of bed, people hanging out in parking lot. Staff was nice but cot not put in room when requested.

Bugs, dirty and dusty, ketchup
splatter on the walls and lamp shade! The soap dish in the bathroom was duct taped onto the tile! I couldn’t believe it Then someone was playing loud music after 10pm for about an hour. Won’t stay here again. They moved us to another room but hard to sleep thinking about the bugs, and then the loud music.

This place is very basic and needs updating, even compared to other Super 8s I've stayed at. For the money (even though it's basic) I would've spent an extra $30 to stay in a better place closer to downtown.

This place is the worst I have ever been to they had the nerve to charge me pet rent but the room they put me in stunk worse than kennel I would sleep under a bridge rather than go back to that dump

The hotel was nothing like the web site said it was. It was dirty and unsafe.. i was made to pay for the first night and they refused to refund me for my other two night. So i lost almost 300 dollars and had to find another hotel so i was out another 400 dollars.

Staff was kind of rude and short, and didn't seem open to answering any questions. Room smelled of urine and mildew, and TV, table, and shower head were all cracked or broken. Plus, the road to get out of the area is incredibly confusing, so location is kinda rough. Lots of homeless in the area, which would normally be fine, but these ones were really aggressive.

While it was a relatively clean stay the woman Martina at the front desk is ridiculously out of control when attempting to check-in. She is a complete control freak and domineering when it comes to reciting hotel policy or asking any questions. The next day Jessica at the front desk was no better as far as her attitude and snarky quips in response to any questions.

Suited me well for just a one night stay. All I needed was a bed and a shower. Room was clean, sure it had some damage but that didn’t bother me. Shower was very clean, good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown FC. Never felt unsafe. My one complaint was paying through Expedia then getting invited to check in through Wyndham directly the day before my stay. I put my card in to have one on file for incidentals, and they charged me again for the room. I thought it would drop off but it cleared and can take up to seven business days to get back. I would stay here again but either book direct or check in at the actual hotel if you book through Expedia.

The staff at this property was amazing!!! We were here 9 days for work and every employee we interacted with was super friendly, helpful and immediately willing to accommodate any needs we had. The hotel was clean and the room was good, there were some “interesting” characters that seemed to be around a lot in the parking lot and in the general vicinity of the hotel that would have made me very wary of walking around without my husband, however the entire stay my husband had tools in the back of his work truck and nothing ever came up missing. I would stay here again, for a night passing though based on just the staff and their treatment of us, I have stayed at much nicer hotels with not even half of the customer service and genuine caring.
