Needed to book a place to stay near LL Bean and also on the way to Providence at the last minute. This property came up and was well rated a a good price with a breakfast so we booked it. Our room is nice and large, clean and comfortable.

I was a little shocked that there was a $25 early check fee…when I was less than two hours early. I did not check in early because of that fee.

Hotel was adequate for our needs. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine.
Their was a very very strong deodorizer smell in the halls. It was so strong, it made one think they were trying to cover up another smell. Otherwise, good stay.

While the hotel was clean, the room smelled as though there’d been previous water damage. The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

the staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating, and the room itself was clean and comfortable, but they had run out of shampoo and hand soap so they stocked our room with 2 conditioners and a lotion instead without letting us know they were out. The shower was pretty gross, the shower curtain was stained and dirty and the shower head was covered in black crud.

I accidentally booked the 26/27 sat sun when I meant to book the 19/20. I did this last Saturday while on the road. A few minutes later I realized the mistake and called the hotel. The hotel had no vacancies for the 19th and would not cancel the 26th or issue a refund. This is very sad service. I also received no follow up support from Expedia. I will not use Expedia again and will let others no about my experience

Toilet is very weak flushing... Place smells weird but overall bot so bad. Definitely book here and not through them; they charge a lot more.

Everything was pretty good except the breakfast options were not that great. The Coffee machine was not working and this caused a lot of people standing in the way of getting food waiting for the temporary Keurig coffee maker. I recommend a backup coffee machine and better food options.

The carpeted floor was dirty with dog hair. My socks were covered with dog hair while walking around the room. They need to vacuum the room even if it looks clean.

Hotel was ok . Staff not the friendliest. Had to keep asking for towels and maid service. The shower liner was dirty . Air freshener smell in hotel to overpowering. I would not stay there again. There are other hotels on the same road try them.
