Wonderful stay at this hotel! Very central, close to Central Park & right on 5th avenue. The staff and service was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, staff was attentive and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived in our car we were warmly greeted. The room was ready (we had asked for early check in) and there was a birthday greeting and cake for my wife. Entirely charming at every turn. And our stay was defined by spot-on service, kindness and competence.
