Hotel offers yoga every morning 8am, 24/7 fitness center, movie night every Friday 6pm, captions provided along with headphones (may or may not work). There are fireplaces, ample comfortable seating, chess, backgammon, the atmosphere is amazing, free bikes from sunrise to sunset, hammocks, tree swing, patio seating, shuttle from 7am-9:45pm within 3 miles. The rooms are very small but beautiful. They could make some improvements that I shared, also they need a better shampoo (it stinks) the conditioner and lotion smell the same and great; citrusy. Oh yea, there's complimentary iced tea (& iced water) when you arrive, a fireplace; just absolutely beautiful AND a DJ Friday nights from 6-10pm. There are a ton of meeting rooms. The staff are so professional and courteous., Tony, security, smells good, he wears Brut 33 & Polo. He wears the Brutt cuz his dad wears it, he's 88. I really hope to hear from the GM, cuz I provided a lot of necessary feedback for safety and improvements.

We enjoyed out short stay. Loved the vibe in the lobby with all the games, and the pool area. Room was large and comfortable, as was the bed. Did not love the fact that there were no complimentary water bottles provided unlike at most other hotels. Drinks at the bar were so expensive!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort and it was an unforgettable experience! The vibe was so unique, with lush plants and beautiful decor that created a truly cozy and inviting atmosphere. There were plenty of cozy seating areas to relax in, making it feel like a home away from home. The bar had such a charming feel, and the bartenders were friendly, whipping up some of the most delicious drinks I've had in a while. Our room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We loved walking around the grounds and soaking in the stunning landscaping. The location is also perfect, just steps away from Old Town Scottsdale, which offered so many great dining options. We will definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend!

Overall I thought it was a really nice property and well maintained. However, service in general wasn’t present. Wait time at the bar , at any time of the day, was 15-20 min. There was no service at the pool, and pool bar was closed for the season. No real staff presence. There was just a general lack of hospitality.

Such an amazing property. My stay was quiet and absolutely everything we needed it to be. So close to shopping and restaurants and they even had a shuttle that you could reserve for transportation. 10/10

This hotel is so nice! Really over the top. We were originally only there for one night, but had such a great time, we ended up staying an extra night. The only problem we had was on the first night. We walked in and the woman behind the desk was very rude and seemed to be quite judgmental. She did not welcome us, in fact, she said nothing just looked us both up and down and asked to see ID. It was very clear that she thought we were not the type of people to stay in this hotel. We had just driven 6 hours but I didn’t think we looked that bad 😂. I do understand that they need to check ID but she did not say welcome or how can I help you? She just looked at us like we were hillbillies and then the check in was very cold. The second night, the girl was really sweet and actually there was a nice gentleman out front who shared extra information and was also very friendly. Other than the one employee, everything else was above and beyond. The pool area is beautiful, the bar inside is trendy and fun. The room is super clean and we loved the decor. Parking is easy and close. Quite pricy but we Highly recommend!

Property grounds were great! Simply beautiful! It seems like it’s a converted motel so the rooms are nice but you can tell it’s older and was once very cheap. Make sure you take a room with garden or pool view. I had one on the street side and the trucks and traffic kept me up all night.

Great stay. Hotel desk was out of water so we had to pay $10/bottle. That chapped my ass. This is a very expensive hotel, doesn’t seem too much to ask for complimentary bottled water.
