I absolutely love the location. I don’t like that parking has to go through a 3rd party rather than having free parking at their location. The hotel is great, clean, and pricey but why must we pay for parking? I wish there was complimentary breakfast to make up for parking. I spent $175 on parking for 5 days.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff was outstanding.
You’ll find everything to a walking distance and the river walk was amazing, we got the best pictures there.
We will definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful stay! Would definitely come back. Easy to get to Rockefeller center and LGA from Path and Subway lines, so if visiting the city, it’s worth it! The area around was fun to explore as well, lots to do for couples or for the whole family.

Was working to receive your keys back , we said good morning, and he didn’t answer, he was very quiet and looks like very moody.

It was okay but the room service was not up to par that I thought it would be and my phone wasn't working in my hotel because the battery wasn't replaced but all in all it's a good place for a little R&R
