The site I booked from which was Inteletravel had this hotel rated as a 5 star. It was far from that. It was located in the hood. Outside and indoor renovations needed bad. The furniture was out dated, stains on shower curtain, sofa needs to be in dumpster. The bed was uncomfortable. Water pressure too light. Checking in has me a little concerned about the location. Through window only service is not welcoming. I will not be staying here again.

Great customer service, the room we stayed in had brand new carpet, the towels were thick and. Dluffy, the jacuzzi in the room was sensational. This is the hotel my husband and i have stayed every anniversary and each time it gets better.

I will never stay here again I realize they have hidden cameras in the room watching you. And they don't like using bleach when cleaning. So I use my own bleach to clean my room and then they put me out the next day. The wife of the owner is the worst and the housekeeper is the worst.

We got caught in the leftover storm from Hurricane Nicole late Friday night. So we pulled over for the night at this location. We seen the pictures on their website and assumed it was an ok place to stay for the night. You would figure for almost a hundred dollars it would be somewhat decent. Well the pictures we saw on their website is nothing of what we got. We walked in the room and the odor of a cigarette smokehouse hits you in the face. We don’t smoke. Either the couch was dirty or it was stained up but either way it looked too nasty to sit on. The grate on the air conditioning unit was broken and yes it needed a severe cleaning. There was a bug crawling in the bathroom floor and another one crawling near the bed. The headboard of the bed was very dusty and it actually had a piece of chewed up gum stuck to the top of the headboard. The floor was in need of vacuuming. There were several other issues but it was very late, we was tired, and needed to sleep desperately. So we stayed and left around 6 am. Honestly, I would not recommend this place at all.

The room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom. The sink had not been cleaned. The tray that the ice bucket sits on was gross. The hair dryer was coated in something gross. There were spots on the top blanket. White stains on the chair, nightstand, sofa. I wiped the headboard down and it ruined the towel because it was so dusty. Nothing had been dusted in ages. There was dirt all over the light switches. The refrigerator was a science experiment. It had black stuff growing under the layer of ice. The lobby stunk. I think it smelled like cigarettes but I’m not quite sure what that smell was. They do not offer anything. There is no breakfast, they don’t have toothbrushes, combs, nothing extra or helpful. They don’t even have a bag to put your dirty clothes in in the room. There was stains and sticky red stuff running down the front of the heater. There were balls of hair on the carpet. I didn’t even take my shoes off. With all that being said, the employees were super nice and helpful. The young guy working the front desk was really really nice. The lady as well.
