Great and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfy. Gym was also clean and equipment was in good condition. This is not a reflection on staff or hotel itself but other guests staying there were less than ideal and on a few occasions actually very rude to me and said some hateful comments to me. I am used to this so does not deter me but just an observation.

Booked for a 2 night stay for Travel Sports event nearby. Regretted it the moment I walked in with my kids. The surrounding area is actually nice but I don’t know what happened with this place. How is this place still operating!! Hotels.com, Choice Hotels this is shameful. The property is infested with roaches, mold and looks nothing like the photos that are posted. How is this possible?? This is filth. Thank you to the very nice lady who was working that Friday at about 8:30pm (not the white manager lady) the other lady who helped us get out of there ASAP. Deplorable conditions. Still sick to my stomach 2 days after this encounter. Choice Hotels, Hotels.com you need to look into this and Do Better!!

There was four dead roaches in the bathroom. Two in the tub and two on the floor. There were live roaches crawling on the walls around the room. When we asked to be helped we were told to be refunded we needed to leave and we had three small children under the age of 2

No coffee or tea in room. Coffee in lobby cut off at10am. Extra towels not allowed when requested. No dishes or hair dryer in room and the front desk couldn't find one. There was, most of the day at least 3 staff at front desk and they were not very helpful. I had to go down to front desk for everything I needed. When I asked for toilet tissue because there was not a backup roll in the room- the lady said they were all out. After a long pause and I was waiting there she said she would try to find some. So I waited a bit for her to come back. She never offered to bring it to the room. I wish I would not have booked multiple nights. Very frustrating. Will not stay here again

Very disappointed with this stay. As I was waiting to check in, another guest was informed there was no more toilet paper available, they were completely out in the hotel. Upon entering my room, I had one partial roll with no others. There were also no facial tissues to blow my nose. There were small, trimmed hairs along the edge of the mirror, looked like false eyelashes that had been trimmed. My feet left dirt as I stepped in the shower from the dirt on the floor. The vinyl on the chair was damaged.
I was thankful I was only there for 1 night and leaving before the sun was up.

There were two towels in the room for three people. No hand towels or washcloths. Upon pulling the sheets back it had hair and dirt on them! My sons bed felt literally like a motor starting every time he even flinched hence the people above us had the same type of bed because it sounded like it was going to cave in on us all through the night keeping us awake. No shampoo or anything …. No breakfast ….dont be fooled ! We were going to tell the girl at the front desk but upon looking at her we already knew she wouldn’t care!

I recently stayed at the property, and my employer covered the cost of the room rather than providing my per diem. However, my credit card was also charged. I attempted to reach the manager on four separate occasions, but unfortunately, they were unavailable. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was informed that the credit process would take five days. As of now, I have not seen the credit applied to my account. I will have to contact my local bank regarding this matter and file fraud charges if it is not resolved soon.

Evacuated to here during Hurricane Milton. The value was very good. The staff was awful. Lazy, don’t care attitude. This was over multiple days. There was one excellent staff member, but the rest were very poor.
The rooms were okay, and being on a high floor meant that it was relatively quiet.
The hotel lost power for over 12 hours and descending the stairwells in pitch black conditions was nightmarish. I get that the hotel can’t control the electricity, but they could have provided flashlights and set up battery operated lights. They knew they would likely loose power and posted signs 6 hours before. Someone got glow sticks to illuminate the landings, but those wore out quickly.
Obviously hurricanes and power loss is rare, but I’m sure that (most of) the staff’s apathy will be encountered by many.

This place is straight up garbage. I cannot believe that it is only 4 years old haha. DO NOT STAY THERE. I left in the middle of the night it was so bad. What was wrong with it?
1 - My door didn't lock. At all. I came back to my room the first night and my door pushed open. Good thing I had a $5k computer in there. And it did not close. At all.
2 - Roaches everywhere. I woke up with a roach crawling on my arm.
3 - Smelled like mildew and the floors were all sticky.
4 - There were dogs barking all night and people running through the halls at 2 am.
DO NOT stay here. I am waiting on my refund. If I do not get it this week I am going to destroy every review I can find online about this garbage dumpster.

DISGUSTING! Might just be the nastiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Roaches greeted us the moment we walked into the room. Floors looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. We will NEVER be back
