Was placed in wrong room (single bed, not king) Had to go back down and swap rooms Why? Hotel was run by and staffed with people who spoke poor English. Overall appearance of lobby was dimly lit and not so clean. Faded paint and worn fixtures

Lobby had a very faint smell of illicit substance. Staff was very quiet but informative. Rooms and overall property are outdated and show signs of wear and age. Elevators had a lot of damage in the button selection area.

Property was outdated and not well maintained. Bathroom sink would not drain. No hair dryer in room. Smell of weed in hallways. Would not stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

I was pleased they allowed us to check in early for reasonable fee. Upon entering the bathroom the toilet lid was laying in the floor. Elevator had missing buttons and wobbly. Most annoying and inconvenient is our key deactivated every time we left. Had to keep getting it reactivated.

Front desk receptionist was not friendly or helpful. The male did not explain the process clearly and was very dismissive. The facility had a smell and wreaked of smoke. The receptionist left the front and a gentleman sitting in the lobby stated he will be back just one moment. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I like that the property was close to a race I was doing the following morning and that it was quiet.

House cleaning did not finish cleaning. Sink repair took more than 2 days. Overall not well kept hotel. Does not feel like a Wyndham hotel. I was disappointed.

I am utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that this place does not prioritize cleanliness or guest satisfaction. The room was absolutely filthy—dust on every surface, stained sheets, and an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the internet was completely non-functional. In this day and age, reliable Wi-Fi is a basic expectation, especially when traveling for work or staying connected with loved ones. Adding to the frustration, the room's telephone didn’t work either, so I couldn’t even call the front desk to report any of these issues. The bathroom was another nightmare. The wash basin was clogged, and i had to remove the drainer to drain the water. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Clearly, maintenance is not a priority here. As if this wasn’t enough, the breakfast provided was extremely poor. The options were limited, the food was stale, and the presentation left a lot to be desired. It felt like an afterthought rather than an effort to provide a positive guest experience. Overall, this stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and money—this place is far from worth it.

Stayed for a night, room was clean. Bed was comfy. The tv could use an update, it was very little channels but the picture quality was fuzzy.

Staff was wonderful. Property was old and while ok, not great. Little things like no exhaust fan in the bathroom, cracks in walls, etc. Also, previous occupant of our room had spilled milk in and behind fridge and it was awfully smelly.

Staff was not informative, housekeeping was only available on certain days and there was no tv channel guide.

The breakfast was almost non-existent. Very little food and long lines. You're very disappointed

The bed way too small to share and sleep comfortably. The breakfast was not great, burned eggs, no juice (waited after asking for 20 minutes). Just not good at all.

Room had mold from built up moisture inside the bathroom and the carpet was dirty.

Dirty. No replenishing of the breakfast food. Carpet loose. Floors in bathroom sticky. A worn down place.

The staff was very nice but the hotel needs work, it’s old and in bad shape. My room smelled like cigarette and I had to ask for a different room. The furniture in the lobby is old and worn out.
