The room is small but clean and beautiful. Right in the center, walking distance to the lake. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I will come back when I come to Hanoi.

The first time I came to Hanoi and stayed at Affa Hotel, it was really great, the room was clean and new, the food was delicious and plentiful, it was very convenient to walk around the old town and from the security guard to the staff, everyone was very polite and supported me enthusiastically. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will definitely come back here.

There is no heater in the air conditioning. The bed sheets are very old and slightly worn out. The floor is dusty. All the furnitures are very old and the light is so dim. Staffs are OK. Location is good. The price seems a little higher than it should be compared to the room condition.
